I took the time to read the low star reviews PokePals have received and can honestly say the buyers must have been the problem because my experience with PokePals is unbelievably positive!

I use their bulk buy service which easily offers the best prices for a service like that and I’m a member of the discord server as well which is a great tool!

They are passionate Pokemon collectors, always so courteous when communicating with you, deal with requests super quick, just all round a great business that I look forward to buying and selling to in the future.

Bought some Chinese Gem 4, seller was good with delivery updates. Item came in good condition and packaged well.

Really easy process, fast response from the company and made sending the cards to them a breeze. Communication was great throughout. Will defo use again in the future.

What can i say, Roger is the man, always retail prices as long as he can and when not still very fair. Great variety and great customer service

I’ve ordered a few times and whilst not received any items as they are pre orders, it’s more a review bout how fair he is with the price always at retail when possible and how he treats his community, we should be helping the smaller businesses out tcg specifically and help them grow can’t wait for the items I’ve ordered to come in the coming days/ weeks

Fantastic shop online with a good mix of English, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese Pokemon cards all at great prices. Also selling the occasional sealed Pokemon TCG product at fantastic prices at RRP or very close to. Always happy to help with orders and any issues get sorted quickly. Fully recommended.

The experience was good. For a first time. Feel that speed of communication can be a bit quicker. Maybe a different alternative then email. Phoneline or whatsapp. Could be another way. But selling to them using there website was easy. Would come back to them again.

Emailed them late Saturday night to see if they'd purchase some of my cards. Responded the same night, had the parcel sent to them next day and then all paid for by Wednesday. Very efficient service and paid what they quoted so no complaints at all!

PokePals is by far my favourite TCG outlet, by a long shot. They always deliver on time and in perfect order (sealed and singles). Friendly and extremely helpful, I will continue to shop with them for all my future TCG endeavours and more.
Keep doing what you are doing Roger, you are doing a great job.

Would rate 10/10 to anyone wanting to jump on Pre-orders or aftermarket singles and sealed.

This is the worst store for buying Pokémon cards. Not only do they never deliver, but when you complain, they treat you terribly, rudely, and disrespectfully, and then they block you from contacting them. I absolutely do not recommend buying from here.

At no point did I ask for a refund or cancellation. I asked for clarification as a first-time customer.

The cancellation was initiated by the business without discussion. Whether the order was technically still within processing time is beside the point — a brief update would have resolved the situation.

Instead, the choice was made to cancel rather than communicate.
And I still haven’t received a refund yet

Update:
I contacted the business by email to ask about a refund that had not yet reached my account. The response I received was dismissive and unprofessional in tone.

I understand refunds can take time to process. However, the manner in which this was handled — both during the order and afterward — reinforces my concerns about customer service and communication.
