Caution and Awareness is best practice.
I was directed to Elite Legal Practice by Point Break Financial. This bait and switch process has resulted in complete financial disaster for me. Please be aware of these deceptive practices by both of them. As you will lose a lot of money in the end. Results are an Epic Fail. Respectfully, Dennis Coble

I'm giving mixed results because I…
I'm giving mixed results because I received a letter in the mail from point break financial stating I was pre approved for a 50.000 debt consolidation loan different from a debt relief/settlement option. My biggest problem with this is if you do basic research you will discover that this institution does not offer loans it's through a third party and this institution primary goal is to get you in a debt relief program but the letter doesn't mention it. Update : 4/13/26 point break financial responded to my review and that's great because most places won't but on trust pilot they do more often than not. I started with 3 now I'm giving 4 stars point break financial stated they will evaluate the way they do business.

To clarify, Point Break Financial does not directly issue loans. In some cases, we work with a network of third-party lending partners to explore consolidation options when they may be a fit. However, our primary focus is helping clients evaluate all available paths to financial relief—including debt settlement programs—based on their individual situation.

Point break was there for me and helped me through a very tough financial period of my life. I will forever be grateful for them helping me navigate a very tough situation. It was easily the hardest financial point of my life to date, and they helped me gain understanding and helped me along the way navigate the legal ramifications as well as providing financial stability. If you were in a tough financial spot, I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times. They made it very easy to just worry about a payment and did all the legwork. Made my job very easy through the process by putting me in a position to where I could make all my payments, on my timeline. Extremely helpful.
