I worked with point.me concierge Braden Duran (without a lot of understanding of the concept of using miles/points on my end) for travel. The best part was that Braden was very knowledgeable and explained to me the whole process. Offered different options and had me think through these options before making a decision. During the booking process he explained the pros and cons for each option which helped me understand the whole award booking process and make the right decisions. Thanks to his skills, we (myself and my wife) were able to go to three of our favorite destinations using our points/miles in 2023. These destinations were London, Maldives, and South Africa.

Sarah Cash responded with promptness and was exceptionally good! I have used other similar services but Point.me is truly amazing. Being able to book your own tickets is incredibly easy and saves a lot of money. The people and culture separate them from their competitors. Best money I have ever spent.

Andrew got the four of us an amazing deal for business class to Europe for a minimal amount of points. He was great to work with. I give him an A plus

Very out of touch with their customers.

I have used this service for over a year to find point availability with Avianca flights mainly. 2 Months ago, the integration stopped working. I reached out to their support team, and they thanked me for alerting them (they did not even know the problem existed), and sent me on my way. I requested that they add a warning banner alerting people who are paying for this functionality to the site, because I was going crazy before I concluded it had to be a bug. Rather than crediting me, or offering to credit others, they basically said screw off.

Just another big tech company that cares about money only. Trust me, take your searching to Roame Travel. Much better customer experience.

I would give them more stars if I could.

I am an expat and I needed a last minute emergency trip back home because of a family situation.

It's August in Lisbon, and to make matters worse, the POPE is in town. There are over 1,000,000 additional people here right now.

The booking agent Kyle bent over backwards to get me a booking. He hopped on a call on a Sunday morning and stayed on the call until I had everything sorted.

When I had a follow up question at 10pm his time, he made himself available.

If you are thinking of navigating the byzantine system of redeeming points, DON'T DO IT. Use them instead.

And in case you are wondering, the booking was Lufthansa FIRST.

I will be forever loyal to them for what they did.

Website does not work. I subscribed and tried to do a search on multiple devices (MacBook, iPad, iPhone, Windows PC) from both work and at home and browsers (Safari, Opera, Chrome). Every time I performed a search it came back with an error message that said search could not be performed. I reached out to customer support a week ago and only received a generic response asking me to check if I was using different browsers and if there were pop up blockers. Of course I had tried all of this prior to reaching out to them. They failed to troubleshoot if this was a problem with my account or if it was a website problem. Needless to say, my experience with this service has been very poor so far.
