Easy & inexpensive walking tour of Amsterdam

The walking tour of Amsterdam was quick to download and guided us to all the key points in the city and provided the essential information a tourist would need. We were able to break the tour over two days, so we could do other things between. After a short period of familiarisation, the navigation was straightforward, allowing either the compass/direction/distance pointer to guide or that and Apple Maps which was linked to the App and avoided unnecessary detours. I’d certainly use this for other city tours, though local guides may offer greater detail for those who want it.

Great touring guide app

Really nice app. Walked in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Had all important stops, well explained. Had a fun day walking it and going terrasje afterwards. Much cheaper then a real guide, and you can do everything on you own pace of even stop half way for some stores and continue.

Easy to use, cool stories

Very nice app! Easy to use and interesting stories about places in Eindhoven where I come every week but from which I didn’t know the backstory yet. Very nice to know my hometown like a real local now 😊🙏🏻

My new city guide!

What a nice app! It is just as informative as a real guide, but this one speaks the language clearly. Also the point of direction is working very well and is user friendly. The hotspots are well chosen. Hopefully in more cities available soon! :)

Great app

Great app. Wanted to get a tour in Utrecht but didnt feel like booking a guide because I wanted to walk around at my own pace. Very easy to use and nice information! Really liked that I could have a break whenever I wanted. Would definitely recommend!

Great user friendly audio tour app

I am very enthusiastic about the Pocket Experiences app. The app is very pleasant and intuitive to use, allowing you to get started right away without any hassle.

During my visit to Amsterdam, I was able to start an audio tour very easily and explore the city in a relaxed way. The stories are interesting and well narrated, which really adds value compared to walking around on your own. In addition, the audio tours you can purchase in the app are also affordable, especially compared to the cost of a physical tour.

In short: a fun, user-friendly, and accessible way to explore a city. Highly recommended!
