Acoustic sliding pocket door
I needed an acoustic sliding pocket door for our kitchen renovation. This is a non-standard door, to say the least. The first few options I found online were so confusing that I could not figure out what I need to order and what the package would include. Then I found the Pocket Door Superstore. They sell a kit that includes everything I needed.
Installing this door was not trivial. But both the sale people and the support people were very useful in helping me out.

I accidentally ordered the wrong door size and emailed my mistake. I then connected with Kelly who sorted out my mistake and reconfigured the correct delivery.
2 days later the corrected order arrived.

I spoke with a representative on the phone who was very helpful and even got back to me about an issue with my order of his own initiative. It turned out I was about to order something that was not going to work with the system I had already purchased.
