I am extremely disappointed with PNC Bank and how they handled our business account. They closed our line of credit without any acknowledgment or communication. This was a line of credit that had been open for over 10 years, and during that entire time we never made a late payment and rarely even carried a balance for more than three months.
Despite maintaining an excellent history and being in good standing, the account was simply closed without notice. There was no respect for the long-term relationship or the reliability we demonstrated as customers.
To make matters worse, we were told we could simply apply for a new line of credit. Why would we do that after having a long-standing account closed without any communication or consideration?
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Business owners should be cautious when choosing PNC, as this situation made it very clear that they do not value long-term customers or the businesses that bank with them.
I would strongly encourage other business owners to consider banks that actually value relationships and communicate with their clients before making major decisions affecting their accounts.

If you value your money and any level of competent customer support, do not bank with PNC Bank. I have been on the phone with this bank for 2 hours, transferred to 15+ representatives, hung up on twice, and getting no answers. This is not my first time having a similar experience.

Without any notice, they froze my checking account with a positive balance and nobody in this company seems to know how or who can unfreeze it. Because of this, I can’t pay my PNC credit card as they don’t permit external bank accounts to pay for their own credit card balances. When you get to see how a well ran bank like Ally operates, it blows my mind why anyone would bank with PNC. I am canceling my accounts with them ASAP

PNC Bank in Passaic New Jersey, is stealing ATM cards. I had my ATM card taken by this same ATM 1 hot summer day. I had to stand around waiting for a worker with an attitude to bring me my card back about an hour later.

Today I went to get my boyfriend's rent money. My boyfriend is older and frequently in the hospital, like today. PNC Bank's ATM swiped my boyfriend's Direct Express card and would not return it when I told the bank worker standing by the door, I was told if it is not a PNC bank card and under someone else's name, the other person has to call the card company on the bank card.

I went to the hospital to tell my boyfriend that his card was swiped by the bank ATM. We both talked briefly to a bank worker on the phone, who told my boyfriend to call Direct Express and hung up on him.
PNC Bank accepts direct Express cards in their ATM yet will not return them when the ATM swipes these same cards.

Now we have to wait all weekend to try to resolve this since the bank closed early today. I paid my boyfriend's rent out of my own money.

PNC ATM's in Indianapolis, IN, ATM stinks! It is always broken, especially on weekends when I need cash. The one on 38th & Meridian is always broken then I went to the one on 65th & Keysyone...that one was broken and could not withdraw cash. I had to go to a nearby gas station to get cash!
PNC you stink!!!

Totally dysfunctional. They accidentally deleted my online bill pay and after two weeks I still do not have access to it. They elevated it several times and they never had anyone who could re-established it. Level upon level of incompetence. I ended up transferring my funds to SoFi.

I opened a Business account with PNC here in Willow Grove PA. After being given a dozen or so Incorp papares for my LLC they still managed to put in the wrong address and ended up sending my statements to the wrong person. Then PNC coprerate closed my account and sent the balance (over 4k) to that same stranger at the wrong address. They closed my account because I sell Speed loaders for Revolvers on my website.....WEAK. PNC sucks, and they do not value American freedom, or the constitution OR the 2nd ammendment.

PNC Cash Rewards credit card
Don’t even bother to apply for the PNC Cash Rewards credit card! The terms and conditions of the card do not state that there are foreign exchange transaction fees. Then EVERY time you use the card outside of the US, you get charged a foreign exchange transaction fee.
When I called and explained to agent, sent a copy of the terms and conditions, they refused to remove the charges.
When will the government regulate banks by holding them accountable for STATING which fees they charge?

I love my bank. The bank's name is PNC... I have been with them for 4 or 5 years, now and I am very happy with my bank and the services they have provided me with

Stay away from PNC. PNC is the worst scamming bank we've ever seen and to make things worst, PNC is heavily biased against people of color.
