Pansy and the team at PMF are incredible! We used them for a domestic job to remove years and years of nicotine damage all over the walls, ceilings, floors, kitchen etc.

The pricing was extremely competitive compared to other quotes, but more importantly they really care about their customers. They went above and beyond to do the job and the result was much better than we anticipated. Very hard working, friendly, courteous and authentic team.

I highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I would like to thank Pansy and her team for doing an excellent job. I’ve just finished a house renovation and Pansy and her team came in and give the whole house a deep clean before the new carpets were laid. I found them to be very professional and helpful. The thing that I like was they were very punctual, provided a great service at a reasonable price. I will be using them for future work.

I thought the quailty of the work and service was excellent. It is rare now days to get customer service at such high standards with a smile. The lady spoke to me about the fibres in my rugs, what can and can not damage them and spoke to me with passion. To me that showed me she knew and loved what she was doing. Quality!! I also felt safe as she was wearing a full safety suit from head to toe with mask. Definitly use this company serivces you will be pleased with the whole customer journey. I have already booked my carpets for cleaning.
