DO NOT ORDER FROM PLUSHTERY. Ordered a Jellycat frog beginning of October and never received it. They are absolute crooks and will steal your money. Filed a dispute and contacted customer service with no response.

Placed an order for a Jelly Cat, and I never received an update email or the product. They withdrew the money from my credit card, but never delivered he product. This site is a scam.

This site is a scam. They don’t respond to any inquiries. We don’t believe their products are legitimate. They were all made in China. Do not order from them.

This seller is a total scam. Absolutely avoid. They sell counterfeit items. It's impossible to get in contact with them or to get a refund.

I've reached out to Plushtery and have received no response. I ordered three Jellycat products from their website. I received the first one, which came right away and was a Jellycat product, but the last two came crammed in the most ridiculous packing I have ever seen and were 100% not Jellycat. No product tags, no labels. They look similar but are not close enough looking to fool anyone.

Do not order from here. Trust me. Not only me but all of other bad reviews. My order came completely different, what i received is totally different from the pictures. Also when i asked for refund it took soo much time for them to even answer, and then they said they refunded it. Sadly, it has been now two months since they said it, but my money never came on my account. So clearly they are lying.

The product we received was so different from the photos. On their website, they use the photos from Jellycat, and they send you very low-quality stuffled animals like you find in Doller store. Still costs as much as Jellycat. ($34.99) Requested a refund, and there was no response.

Awful customer service. Clearly was duped bc not a real jellycat and they sent me a different one than I ordered and no response to my emails

Took two weeks to ship (after I sent an email asking where my order was) and another to arrive. And when I received my order, they only sent one item and IT WAS A DUPE!!! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

So I ordered from this site because it seemed like a resale site of legit jellycats. Nowhere does it say they are dupes and with the prices I would absolutely not think that they were not real. I’ve reached out to the company for a refund and waiting for a response. Not okay they sell them and market them as actual jellycats and then send you dupes with the prices they sell them for that is ridiculous . Do not buy from this site!!! Total scam!!

Ordered sand castle thought it was a jellycat turns out its not OK that happens but trying to return it for a refund is ridiculous they won't answer our emails they don't have a phone number..does anyone have a phone number this is BS

What they offer as Jellycats are not originals they are fakes. Beware

I was honestly looking for Jellycat plushies that were sold out and though Plushtery never claimed them to be Jellycat brands, the naming and images were exactly like Jellycat's. I felt pretty deceived as the products that came were in packaging with Chinese characters, clearly a dupe of the original and not equal to the original quality at all. If you're okay with that, then go ahead and purchase but I personally wouldn't recommend it.

Ordered a stuffed animal toy and received the damaged product, which was clearly fake/imitation of the real toy. The company is a fake. Do not buy anything from them. When I asked to return/refund the product, they did not respond to my queries/emails.

Plushtery displayed an image of a Jellycat item and then sent me a fake. Customer service hasn't responded.

Ordered a sandcastle plushie and it is so good tbh

This retailer is selling a cheap fake that is not the real product. These items are shipping from Singapore and took 3 weeks to arrive.

Didn't receive any tracking number until i asked why my order hadn't shipped 10 days after I placed it. I had an email with tracking within 2 minutes.
I ordered the peanut. It's not as it was shown in the photo.. it is a keychain?
