Counterfeit jellycats

I discovered this company online while conducting a jellycat search. I was looking for Easter gifts for my daughter who is a jellycat collector. The price was customary for the size and type of jellycat and the wait time wasn’t too bad. When they arrived, (from China) I was excited to give them to my daughter. As soon as she opened the “jellycat” bags and held the plushies, she knew that they weren’t right. After some relatively simple research, we surmised that the plushies were fake. The feel of the fur was not right, the proportions were off and the labels (color, fonts and manufacture numbers) were not consistent with genuine jellycats. Needless to say, this was a huge disappointment. I was directed to send them ($36 USD) to Italy in order to initiate the return. Please be aware when dealing with this company. I do not want others to have the experience that I am having. 🤨🙁

Update: After a couple of back and forth conversations, I still do not have a refund. I paid for the counterfeit plushies, I sent them back at my expense and am now out almost $100 USD. The company representative is polite and pleasant but takes no responsibility and has asked for the same information (which I provided right away) more than once. This has been a terrible experience.

Very long delivery yes we just had a chat but the people who are delivering or taking forever it’s like 4px my package still isn’t here I’m very concerned I had a barthmelow bear robe Jellycat I really want it can u guys just send it through another site bc it’s still in china not even NEAR North America and will this actually deliver to the address I would like to get a refund whenever you see this if u need my email or phone number I can give it but I want my 52.90 dollars back

It has been over two weeks since i made my purchase. I have not received tracking or shipping notifications. I emailed customer service and got no response. I received this email for a review and it was all in French and couldn’t understand.
