Great customer service from start to finish.
While waiting for my mattress to arrive, Irma patiently kept me updated on its approximate arrival date and what to expect from the white glove delivery service.
Then, my bedding bundle arrived in the wrong size. Ferdz corrected the issue to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with Ferdz's customer service!

The customer service here is A+. Ferdz was so helpful. The latex mattress they sell are amazing. The pillows on the other hand were a disaster, but they tried their best to make me happy. I feel bad the pillows didn't work out. So at least I sleep great on the mattress and dealt with very responsive courteous customer service.

I have had a great experience with Plushbeds from the moment they helped me decide what would be the best option for me to the Topper itself.
The organic topper is extremely comfortable. My Grandson's live with me and the 8yr old constantly complained how his back hurt because the mattress was hard. The Topper I purchased from Plushbeds is so comfortable he loves it. I highly recommended Plushbeds.

We ordered on the Presidents' Day sale that then there were delays due to materials supply chain so I cancelled. A few days later Alan reached out to me directly and asked that I reconsider if he could get it shipped right away.
