Placed an order on 20th August, over £50. Money taken but no order received, it’s now 16th October.
I have emailed and messaged through IG several times, even written a letter. NO response. Am going to have to try and take it up with my bank.

If I could give no star I would, I placed an order of just over £100, it was delivered and left on doorstep no one at home for few days now missing. Reported to couriers was advised to contact Plush Addicts, have emailed many times now they’re not replying to any of them, no chance are they keeping my £100? Before this happened heard they were ceasing trading so had a chance to buy up some fabric at great prices not heard about that order just over £84, have emailed “when am I going to receive this order” not a dicky bird probably won’t get that order so I am really annoyed I have ordered and shopped in their store many times am appalled at this treatment I am receiving it’s uncalled for!! 😤

I've placed a number of orders which have been OK but you only find out about a company when things go wrong.
No order, no response to emails, no way of contacting them by phone.

Used to be one of the few places you could get minky fabrics from in the UK, but had always been bad about keeping things in stock. Now they seemingly have given up on that entirely and appear to have reoriented their site more towards quilting (in spite of the name).
They get two stars because what I could order has been decent quality and fulfilment was adequate, but if you're not gonna reliably stock the stuff your branding tells me your whole shop is about, why would I continue shopping with you?

Great fabric, great price but I requested that my phone number be on the package when I ordered and it was not. This is the second time. Packages can not be delivered here without a visible phone number so I had to go across town to pick it up. Small detail for a company but important detail where I live. I don't think I will order again.

Great choice of fabrics, easy to use website, reasonable prices and fast delivery. Very useful to be able to buy fabric of a particular length, not just in quarter metre increments.
