Good overall. Kindly saw me despite the fact that I was running late. Very transparent about total fees (what they tell you you’ll pay, no hidden charges), and explain everything very well. The whole process was easy and everyone seems very kind and easy to talk to. Only reason I knocked off a star is because staff didn’t mention the promotions they were running, which will save me £500! I had to ask about it, so unless I had I might not have been able to access this great offer. Also would’ve appreciated being offered a water bottle, or a water cooler in the room. Excited about my treatment plan.

Actually one other thing they could improve on is explain what makes a person fall into a certain bracket ( different treatment/price plans) it’s a big jump to each stage. I would have thought mine fell into the mild bracket and was surprised to learn it fell into medium, but not really an explanation as to why. Will query this in the next appointment and consider whether I’d like to proceed.

I had a great experience! The center is very clean and modern and the dentist who checked me was extremely professional and helpful. I attended for cosmetic reasons but the dentist noticed other matters and guided me on how to deal with it urgently. Extremely grateful!

It was very fast and professional.
The orthodontist was really nice and friendly.
As someone who is terrified of dentists, I felt very safe and comfortable

Dr. Royds was very helpful and explained everything to me, I left my appointment without any question in my mind.

The clinic was next to Bank station... very polished, beautiful place. The dentist talked me through the whole process and applied zero pressure so I could essentially go through the plan in private and check I was happy with the price! Having your mouth photographed is never fun* per say but at least they made it less nerve wracking than it would have been. Honestly, felt so much better for how they went about it. Will go ahead with the invisalign!

Went for my first appointment and I'm super happy with the service. The dentist and her assistant at the Holborn clinic were very professional and attentive. I can't wait to start my journey!

I met with a Dentist which surprised me because I thought I would get a Dental Nurse at best. This immediately impressed me. The Dentist was very informative. She explained in detail what she would be doing. After we were done with my check and scan, she advised me what to do (scale and polish) in preparation for wearing PlusDent 'braces.' Would recommend to friends and family.

Such an amazing first experience. The atmosphere was very calming and the doctor was very informative and attentive as well as the other staff. It was my first consultation and I felt very well informed and comfortable. Highly recommend plusdent!

I felt very welcome at the practise, from the receptionists to the dentist everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The session was very quick, and the dentist explained everything properly.

PlusDent took over £1000 more from my card than the agreed treatment required and then it took over two months to get the money back. This has affected my credit rating so I’m understandably annoyed. I ended up requesting all my money back and cancelling their services altogether when I quickly realised they were rubbish. Awful customer service department and poor management. I chased everyday on the phone and never received call backs or answers. Would strongly recommend avoiding this company. Should have chosen Smile Direct Club initially or literally anyone else!

Had the worst dentist appointment of my life! Been looking for the correct treatment for quite a while and must say the most unfriendly service i’ve come across. The dentist was extremely judgy and rude and kept giving me dirty looks during my entire time at the appointment! I honestly don’t recommend to go to them at all as their service was very poor and not friendly at all and had no help whatsoever! Not going back ever again

Good experience. The dentist who talked me through the process and took my scans was professional and location of the practice is convenient
