Still waiting on 2014 order in 2022
Ordered a controller in 2014, never arrived. For the first few months any email inquiries were met with “almost done, totally excited about the results” replies. Then nothing. BBB complaint filed, there were several already. I don’t know if they still are trying to peddle their junk in 2022 but if they are, stay away.

Ordered a controller IN 2015, it's now 2022.
After six months of emails (they didn't have a phone number online anywhere) I gave up.
Never received a controller from them.
AVOID THEM.

Bought a controller when I was 15 with…
Bought a controller when I was 15 with all my money I had, it’s now 2020 and I’m 21 and still no control they would use all kind of excuses like “we have been really busy lately” or it’s being worked on right now” but they would never update the shipping tracker a few times they even told me it was on the way Which was a lie. Eventually I asked for a refund because they were not working on it and since then I have never heard back

Screw these guys. Scammed out of $120 about 2 years ago....NEVER received my Xbox One controller!! I emailed them several times and got lied to "we'll be sending it next week" yeah right

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!!! Company is a complete scam , they will take your money and refuse to contact you back at all , i ordered a controller way over a year ago and i have still not got it and surprise surprise the website is no longer there. They are a complete scam

Don’t buy from them
You won’t get what you ordered. If you do it will be years later. They just take your money and they won’t contract you back.

This company is a scammer - do NOT give them any money!!!
My son saved for months and placed his order in August 2015! That is over 18 months ago! We have had a series of broken promises and I have sent many many emails and now they wont even return my emails! Essentially they are burglars! Their most common response was that the controller was still in the paint room! They have vowed that I have not been scammed - but I have. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! DONT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!

Dont deal with them
I ordered a controller back in January 2016, currently it is January 2017. Even after repeated mails I have not got anything more than my money is deducted from my account, and that of course they said theu would make it finished as soon as possible. I have written several mails with no response that can be used. Right now it seems that I can easily get to wait a few more months before I get response.
What a lousy firm.

Do Not Deal with this Company
Took 4 months, multiple emails and a charge back to get action. I eventually received the controller but it was cheap colored plastic with loose cheap buttons. I returned it same day. They claim to hand paint and their website is impressive. It looked like they bought it from a cheap aftermarket retailer, put in a box and ship it out as custom. I don't have a controller or my $143. Now they will not respond and, of course, have NO phone number. Go to Better Business Bureau and read complaints. They have a grade of F and 89 complaints. The complaints are all similar so you can see how this company does business. Avoid unless want a lot of frustration and give away your money.

Didn't deliver the product
I ordered the product in September 2014 and they haven't delivered the product, even though I have contacted them multiple times and was promised the product. I advise other buyers that are considering buying form this website not to make a purchase from this website. In my opinion this is a scammer.
