I bought the climbing cube..
I bought the climbing cube... had to get replacement parts before I even put it together. Then the slide cracked before the1 yr warranty ran out so I got a replacement. Exactlay the same thing happened to the new one, just outside of warranty, I am just thankful my son wasn't on it when it failed. Alot of the wood has warped and is just cheap and nasty, however the price was not cheap and I would expect something with this price tag to last a bit longer than 12 months, don't waste your money, the wood used on this equipment is so cheap and flimsy, and everytime my little one goes on it he gets splinters

Remember to follow the maintenance guidelines included in the instructions for your Plum Climbing Cube and from time to time carefully sand smooth any splinters or surface scaling.
As discussed in our communication via email, the warranty for your item was only valid up until 24.10.2018. Unfortunately, your warranty period had expired just over 7 months ago when you contacted Plum recently.
If you contact our customer service team at aushelpdesk@plumproducts.com, we would be willing to provide a discounted replacement slide out of good will so your little one can be sliding and having fun once again.

Great customer service and brilliant product!!!
After having an issue with one piece of this product not being delivered with the rest, Plum were very good with their customer service to resolve the issue. The issue stemmed from their courier company, not Plum themselves and they made sure to keep me updated as to when the missing part should arrive. They could probably do with finding a new courier company though as it meant that my daughter missed out on her swing set for her first birthday.

Wood was split in half but not polished- there is a high chance of my child getting wood splinters when he holds on to the wood for support. I had to use heavy duty tape to cover the flat surface of the wood to prevent this from happening. I could have done a much better job myself!

Plum swing sets and climbing frames are made from round or dimensional timber manufactured using whole tree trunks trimmed to size.
Often, naturally occurring splits will appear in the timber. In warm sunny weather the wood shrinks, in wet weather it expands. These physical changes cause the cracks. We design our round and dimensional poles to be really thick so that even large wood splits wont compromise the integrity or safety of the item.
Safety is as important to Plum as having fun and we’d like to reassure our customers that the majority of wood splits will never become deep or wide enough to affect the reliability and strength of our swing sets.
Remember to follow the maintenance guidelines included in the instructions for your Plum swing set and from time to time carefully sand smooth any splinters or surface scaling.
