Dream kitchen for a 3 year old
This product was purchased for our granddaughter who was turning 3. She lives in a home with 5 siblings so I wanted a good quality item that would stand up to hard wear and tear. The kitchen is fantastic and has been a hit with all the kids. Great quality and won't fall apart after a few months. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience with Plum Play all…
Great experience with Plum Play all round.
Had a couple of questions before purchasing that were answered right away!
The adjustable swing is a great purchase. Easy to build following the directions that were given. All pieces were clearly labelled and timing that was given as a guide was accurate.
The swing and play set are both great quality and has weathered storms and heat waves. The swing set has both a toddler and older child option!
Would highly recommend Plum Play products to anyone.

Hard to find bike found at Plum Play Australia
I ordered a Globber Trike from Plum Play Australia for my grandson. The team at Plum Play were so helpful and ensured I received my order as quickly as possible. The trike arrived in a timely manner and was in perfect condition. I am so thankful to the team at Plum Play as I had searched for this trike in a very popular, highly sort after colour that was sold out everywhere and I had given up hope of being able to gift this to my precious grandson for his 1st Christmas. The Globber trikes are worth the hype, they are amazing.

Outdoor play set
The play centre has been a hit with our child! Endless fun and adventures but the absolute best part of the experience was the customer service! There was some issues with delivery and upon contacting plum play representative Ben went above and beyond to assist us in making sure we received the product before our child’s birthday! His perseverance and amazing communication were very much appreciated at such a stressful time

Awesome product
Awesome product, very quick and easy assembly with minimal tools which I can see being a real positive for people. The structure is hidden in behind the green plastic and is quite sturdy, no issues so far, very happy🎉

We are a second time plum customer (first trampoline purchased over 10 years ago)! When we decided to replace the trampoline we went bigger.
Order, delivery and construction processes went well. I put the trampoline together with the kids.

Great toddler trampoline :)
It was very easy and fast delivery! The trampoline is a perfect size for our toddler, he can easily climb on and off it independently. Very safe and easy to put together. It is big enough for my older children to have a bit of a bounce also :)

Don't waste your time
Ordered product on 27th November, confirmed order. No contact since, product not shipped and then company is uncontactable over the christmas period. No way to find out further details and kids miss out on a christmas present. Poor customer service, inefficient order processing and bad communication.

Had a small issue with our order
Had a small issue with our order. Customer service team contacted and offered alternative solutions. Once shipped we had an issue with the courier not shipping one parcel. Contacted customer service team and they organised another piece to be shipped. Very happy with the service received.

Where is my order?
I also placed an order on Dec 2, 24 and have not had any further communication on despatch or delivery. They do not answer the phone. The order in My Account says complete whatever that means. Having seen other similar reviews I want to cancel my order too. Next step is contacting Paypal for a refund.

Extremely frustrated... but relief is on the way! HOORAY!!!
Ordered a Christmas present for my kids. Tried to contact Plum Play Australia for a status update. All attempts to reach them were unsuccessful:
phone (no answer),
email (auto response stating inbox is no longer monitored),
help ticket (directed to UK not Australian branch),
social media (no reply). Am extremely frustrated and now simply want to request a refund per the stated policy online.
Will report to ACCC if I do not recieve a response.
EDIT - after posting this review, I recieved a very prompt (within only a few hours), very polite and very professional reply (by phone, direct message and social media post) from Plum Play Australia. This is greatly appreciated and has alleviated some of my concerns. Am looking forward to receiving my order.

Hooray - the trampoline arrived within the week of being contacted! Genuinely relieved and grateful to have our order prioritised by Plum Play and the delivery company.
Today, we gave it to our kids as an early Christmas gift. We assembled it as a family, which was easier than expected and actually fun!
Quality product and instructions were easy to follow. Construction went smoothly - our kids (both under 10) were able to take the lead on some parts of the build, which we loved!
Thanks Plum Play for making some Christmas wishes come true.

Absolutely atrocious company
Absolutely atrocious company. Do not buy from them. Purchased a swing set 20th October. I got through early November to see where my order was at and they said it has missing parts in the warehouse? Was promised a partial refund which has not been received. Still has not been dispatched and no update on order as no one responds to calls or emails. I will be taking this further. This company has to take ownership.

We have purchased from plum play a week ago no confirmation email no answering there phone calls , it’s my daughters birthday next week and she won’t even have her present in time . Worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Ordered a swing set 06/01/24, expected delivery 11/01/24. I STILL DONT HAVE MY ORDER. I had to reach out to plum myself 24/01 to ask where my entire order was. I got what seemed like a generic reply asking me which items were missing - all of them! The tracking provided from Allied Express i could see the item went from nsw, to qld, to wa, to Vic, to nsw and then qld. UNBELIEVABLE. Allied express was appalling to deal with, asked me to contact plum for refund. I paid $157 for the worst shipping service ive ever experienced. After multiple emails back and forth, Joan from Plum play finally sent another playground - apparently. Still yet to receive tracking on this after asking multiple times! Thursday 1/02 I receive a delivery with 3 parcels - inc a missing box, ripped and broken with some pieces half sticking out, the wood has stickers on it (VERY difficult to get off) with absolutely nothing protecting it, the wood appears second hand, scuffs, scratches and large cracks. I wish I never purchased the playground. I ordered it 3 weeks before my daughters birthday - she asks about it every damm day. I'm so angry - it's been nothing but a nightmare.
I AM STILL YET TO RECEIVE IT.
