I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. They charged me $200 for a diagnostic on my non-working water heater and sent out a tech named Samuel (Sam). Unfortunately, he was completely off in his assessment and claimed the issue was electrical. Quickly after he left we were informed the issue was NOT electrical at all.

To make matters worse, when we tried to escalate the issue, the supervisor refused to speak with either me or my husband. The lack of communication and accountability should be embarrassing for the owner of this company.

The next day, we found out the water heater was clogged with sediment and simply needed to be drained and cleaned. Once we did that, it worked perfectly. Clearly a service this company could have provided and charged us for, but their tech was either too lazy or incompetent.

When I called back to request a refund for the completely incorrect diagnosis, the supervisor STILL refused to speak with me directly and just processed the refund without any acknowledgment or apology. The refusal to even speak to me, especially as the person handling the situation, felt disrespectful and misogynistic.

I’m leaving this review not just because of the poor technical service, but because of the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect from management. There are many ethical plumbing companies in this area and I would not recommend this company to anyone ever.

We recently had a shower leak that caused water damage to the ceiling downstairs. What happened next was one of the most surreal, predatory experiences I’ve ever had with a home‑service provider.

The plumber from this company Sean showed up, announced that he will run an “inspection” and wrote up an invoice for $485.00 even though the company itself told us the inspection fee was $79. That was the first red flag.

The second?
He didn’t run a single test. No moisture meter, no pressure test, no dye test—nothing. He took one glance and confidently declared that our shower pan had failed, and the entire shower would need to be demolished. It was a reckless, baseless guess presented as fact. At some point he even speculated it was from the roof even though it wasn't raining and there is an entire floor above the ceiling where the leak happened.

And then the real hustle began...

Within minutes, he had called in his “buddies” from a mold mitigation company and a public adjuster—who magically appeared at our door the next morning. They pushed aggressively for us to sign a representation agreement on the spot so they could “handle everything” with our insurance. The whole setup felt like a timeshare presentation in Cabo, not a legitimate home repair visit.

We later learned this is a very common Florida hustle:
Plumber → Mold Company → Public Adjuster → Inflated Insurance Claim → Homeowner Disaster.

They wanted to file a $50,000 claim and take 20% of it. Our bathroom would have been destroyed, our insurance premiums likely skyrocketed, and we would have been dragged into months of unnecessary battles with contractors and insurers—all based on a fake diagnosis.

Thankfully, my husband and I refused to sign anything on the spot. That decision saved us.

We brought in a legitimate, reputable plumbing company for a second opinion. That plumber actually inspected the system properly and found the real issue: a broken shower pipe. The entire repair will probably cost us under $600. No demolition. No mold circus. No insurance nightmare.

We narrowly avoided a catastrophe.

This company tried to funnel us into a coordinated scam designed to profit off fear, confusion, and insurance payouts. Their tactics were pushy, misleading, and deeply unethical. These people were messaging and calling me for DAYS, sending me messages that the mold will grow in our house if we don't act NOW.

Homeowners, especially those new to Florida: STAY AWAY.
Do not let these people into your home. Do not sign anything. Do not fall for their “inspection fee” bait‑and‑switch or their parade of conveniently available “partners.”

I am filing an official complaint with Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation and will be posting this review across every platform I can—Google, Yelp, Nextdoor, social media—because no one deserves to be targeted like this.

Protect yourself. Avoid this company at all costs.
