I cannot rate my experience with…

I cannot rate my experience with Plumbestore because I still don’t know where/why my controller is being held up. I placed the order just over two weeks ago and the shipment information has remained the same since the day after the order was placed. Too vague

We didn't know it was being held in a UPS facility until we saw your review. I am looking into this now to see what is going on and why it hasn't been delivered. We work with the manufacturer to get sizing correct whenever we have a customer that has questions like yours. On the 2" they have had customers that got it to work in PVC but never metal pipes. Unfortunately once the screws were ground down to try and make it fit, it became an unreturnable product. I understand it is a frustrating situation. We did the partial refund for your order to offer a little relief but it still stinks that it wasn't able to work.

Great people to deal with

Great people to deal with. Always answered their phone and were able to answer any questions I had. Shipping was fast and free. I will be using them again.

As the CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Carolinas part of my mission is making sure that i am mindful of the dollars that are donated to our House for our families. That means making sure I am getting the best possible price on items we need. Plumbestore helped me do that and the item I ordered was delivered on time, placing the order was a great experience. hot water heater

I bought a high end hot water heater and am very happy with it. Shipping took longer than expected but heater arrived in good condition. Company was responsive to my inqiries.

Great sales support

Dave, my sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable about the product I needed and quickly got back to me with info. The product I needed was back ordered but he was able to get the manufacturer to juggle some things to get what I needed shipped next day. He definitely went above and beyond on top of having the best price on the internet.

Customer service

My original order was damaged in shipping. I informed Plumbestore and sent photos and the damage. They sent me a return label and refunded me. Within a week they sent me my item via a shipping company that got it to me in pristine condition. So I believe that their customer service is pretty good.
