Saturday night, flush handle broke, sunday morning 10am fixed with new dual flush. Brilliant!

Lewin was fantastic at communicating from the moment we made contact, made time for us at very short notice (to rescue us from a kitchen fitter who'd damaged the sink while installing something else) and then did the work neatly and quickly.
