As results of online search for EV charger providers I have phone call form Plug in Stations. Confirming home address ,
Asked me where I wish charger to be fitted , then requested to send photo of electricity meter , and next to send a video of where’s a meter and where the charger would be (distance) .
Couple hours later short phone call to say “sorry we don’t cover this area”.
That’s it! !

I would think whoever was doing survey seen post code and should have known if you or don’t cover this area?!
At this stage I feel like I been scammed , someone is getting good idea of my surroundings and I’m really concerned why would you need this information and what you will do with it ?

Turned up during the time slot said ,very informative and got on with job all very clean and tidy and spent time to tell us how it worked after .

I was impressed with Plug In from the begining. No sooner had I made an enquiry they responded to me to say an engineer would be in touch. The engineer was in touch very soon and asked me for a video. there were then various conversations with Andy the engineer. he was helpful and constructive throughout. Once we agreed a route and price the appointment was made. Yesterday on time the electrician, Hassan arrived, we discussed the fine details of the route. He got on with it without a break taking care of my garden. The route involved partly digging a trench in the drive and one through my grass and hedge- which he replanted. He then wired the charger and the feed from the consumer unit. Everything was left tidy. The drive and grass hardly appeared disturbed. Hassan went through the process of operating the charger.
I have already recommended Plug IN to my neighbours

LIAM did a brilliant Job i was at work he set up my charger even gave me his personal number for any help with 6 month repair or any technical issue he will get it sorted.

Turned up when they said they would and did what was required. Installer was polite, explained the system...job done.

From the initial phone call to the actual fitting of the EV charger the staff are really knowledgeable.
The fitter was very polite and efficient and he only took less than a hour

Seemless installation and the electrician who attended Surindher was amazing and completed the job well. definately would recommend the company, quick responses and installation dates.

My end to end experience with Plug In Stations has been a positive one. From the initial conversation where I shared video/photos of my home set up through to arranging an installation date (at a time set by me for my convenience , not them as a company) and ending with a flawless installation.
Jake from Plug In Stations completed the installation and I have to say he was great, arrived between the timeframe previously provided, worked around my particular aesthetic requirements and did a fantastic job.
He even took the time to help me get registered on the app and gave me a demo of what it all means and how it operates.
Would highly recommend this company. They came in slightly cheaper (not a huge amount) than others but still delivered a 5 star service.

I recently had Plug In Stations Ltd supply and install an Ohme Home Pro, and I am quite happy with the whole experience. From the first contact, they provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision and gave me very clear instructions on how they were going to carry out the installation.

Because my main electrical point is under the stairs, it wasn't a straightforward job. They explained they would need to run the cable to the next room and cover with trunking along the skirting and up over the door to get the feed outside. On the day, two extremely polite engineers turned up and talked me through the work again before starting. The entire install only took a couple of hours and was done very neatly without leaving any mess. They even gave me brief instructions on what to do next with the unit.

My only suggestion for improvement would be for the company to communicate specific time slots and provide updates on the day of arrival. Aside from that, it was a great service and I’d certainly recommend them.
