Excellent company. Great to deal with. Hassle free. All done online. I have been borrowing off Plenti for many years now and have not had 1 problem with them. You borrow money and repay on time you will have no problems. The best thing I like about them is you are not penalised for paying early. You can pay any extra amounts you like each month.

I also got competitive rates for my loan.
Documents uploaded in the morning and loan amount was disbursed into my account by sun down.
The account portal is also minimalist and easy to navigate. I was easily able to update my repayments dates to align with my monthly pay.

The staff at Plenti were very helpful but there was a delay in approval and some confusion over loan expiration date, but on the whole I was satisfied with Plenti.

Amazing and straight forward process

The sales man was very detailed in his explanations indicating he had indebted knowledge of the product and able to put our mind at ease. He assisted us with the completion of forms and very helpful. He showed us the different options based on our last 2 electric bills. Throughout the process, the sales man was polite, professional and very attentive.

The application process is easy, and the review is exremely timely; a very short turn around once the application is finalised. I have had a couple of Plenti loans and I find their services excellent.

Plenty made getting a personal loan easy and less stressful. The process was quick and the funds were in the account within days of applying.

Plenti certainly offers an excellent service when you require a fast loan approval. The process was easy and met our lending criteria. We had our loan approved, beit a small one, within 2 hrs. Amazing service. On a Saturday as well.

The process to finalise loan and money going into my account was fast and easy

This was an application for the WA state govt interest free loan for solar battery/panels, so I'm assuming some of the hurdles I had to jump were a by-product of the restrictions placed on Plenti by the govt. (I get that.) However, I'm not use to using computers and would have preferred a detailed list of the specific details that would be needed UP FRONT, ie before attempting to fill in the application would have saved so much hassle. It figuratively took me over 4 hours to complete the application. I had occasion to speak to one of Plenti staff about another matter and she was extremely helpful and understanding.

We have been dealing with Plenti for a few years now. First for our solar panels and now we are hoping to use them again for a battery. The interest free loans are incredibly helpful particularly with the rising cost of living. We would highly recommend them.
