I bought my shoes on the official website, the shipping was under the delay and everything went fine.

The shoes themselves are really nice and comfortable. The issue is : the heels slowly separating from the shoes after a couple of weeks.
It seems that the manufacturer already tried to glue them back but the glue solution didn't last.
Obviously they should have never passed quality control.
I guess it's on me to fix them now.

(I've never received any possibility to send a product review on the official website, it makes me wonder if they new what they were doing)

So far really struggling to return the boots i purchased which are too small. Pleaser shoes want to charge me over £48 to return them which is almost half the purchase price.
Their return policy says you have the option to choose your own postage but this option does not appear during the returns process.
I am waiting to hear back from them to resolve this problem.

The shoes were shipped quickly and arrived on time. Working with Pleasers is so easy and the shoes are perfect.

While I love their sandals and short boots, the thigh high Pleaser boots are not made well. After only a handful of pole classes / practice, the shoes began to deteriorate literally. I have holes in both of them with the fabric peeling off.

Perfect size and super comfortable, really loved them.

Shoes run huge and customer service is trash! Purchase from another website and save yourself the headache.
