Terrible experience surprised they are still in business. Ordered cycling shoes. The shoes sent are used display shoes…box also written as display shoes. So paid $300 for carbon fiber shoes that are used. Go to return and find I’ll be paying 30% restocking fee for their intentional shortcoming…then my responsibility to make a return slip and pay for return shipping. So $90 down the tube. My guess is when they receive the return given the known prior damage they won’t refund any money, keep the shoes and rip off the next unfortunate soul. Sigh, live and learn.

If it would be possible to give this company a zero, I would. They have a refund policy, and if you follow their refund process to the letter, they simply keep your money. It’s theft, pure and simple. I’ve contacted them over a dozen times in every possible way (telephone, email, texts) and not one single time have I gotten a response. What a terrible way to run a business. Next step is a personal letter to every single person in management I can find.
