Ich habe mich verifizieren müssen, danach gab es eine E-Mail indem ich auf dem Button Redeem 3,20 Eur klicken musste. Habe 3 mal meine E-mail Adresse bei PayPal eingeben musste Das Geld habe ich wirklich innerhalb weniger Minuten ausgezahlt bekommen. Super

Like many others have complained, they don't pay and baselessly accuse you of violating terms of service to justify it. When asked for evidence of fraudulent activity, as I know there is none, they just keep sending the same scripted reply. I lost money on this app because I spent to reach some goals that were never paid. Scam!

Al principio la app paga pequeños importes como 5 €, lo que da sensación de confianza.
Sin embargo, cuando intenté canjear €50, la situación cambió: el pago quedó “En proceso” desde el 13 de febrero y no he recibido respuesta efectiva del soporte, pese a múltiples mensajes y a que mi ticket fue marcado como “alta prioridad”.
Tremendous, el proveedor de pagos, confirmó que Playtime no ha generado ningún pago para mi solicitud, lo que deja claro que el problema no es mío.
No puedo seguir invirtiendo tiempo en la app si no hay garantía de que me paguen lo que gano.
Mi experiencia coincide con muchas otras reseñas en Trustpilot, donde usuarios reportan pagos pendientes, soporte que no responde y excusas vagas.
No recomiendo la app para quienes quieran cobrar recompensas significativas; pequeñas cantidades sí pueden pagarse, pero las más grandes parecen quedarse en “processing” indefinidamente.

Do not use i earned 100 pounds over 5 days ago but nothing was send to my paypal

I usually transfer my earnings to PayPal but decided to try Google play... So I cud use the cash for buying items in games. But it disappeared! I can't find it! Where would I have gone???

Utter scammers that avoid paying out by claiming fraudulent activity or using a VPN.
To accuse anyone of fraud is dangerous stuff without any proof.
Avoid these charlatans at all costs.

Do not use! I used the app for a year and finally had a £20 Amazon voucher payout available. I requested the payout in November and heard nothing back. I chased and chased and chased and was finally told that they would not pay me as I was either "Using VPN to access offers intended for other countries, Creating duplicate profiles to receive rewards multiple times for the same tasks, Employing bots or automated tools to accelerate task progress, Other fraudulent activities". I can assure you that I am not computer literate enough to do anything of these things! It's a scam site and they appear to send this to everyone who requests a fairly large payout.

Just terrible! Processing payments stuck forever. Support said I'd used VPN, I didn't! Now the race prizes have dropped to nothing, it's all pointless so I'm installing. Good riddance!

Had no problems with this app until I reached level 150 on goods sorting and has not updated for me to get the points and no one to speak to about it??

Don't Download. Scam App. Have been playing for months, and was only paid £3.20. Different games have different levels you need to go to get the money, they keep adding on more levels while you are playing/close to Payout. One game i was playing, they doubled the levels from 250 to 500, while i was in the middle of playing. They pay out once, and then other people have said they are still waiting for the payment. My first payment of came through but that was it. Not worth it. Waste of time. Still waiting for my second payment to Come through. Also the app is not great at noticing when you complete a level/checkpoint and the customer service is useless.

Spiele die Spiele schon eine Zeit lang, hatte bei den kleinen Auszahlungen nie Probleme! Aber nun habe ich mich für ein Gutschein Amazon 35€ und eine kleine Auszahlung von ca.13 € entschieden und es passiert nix! Warte noch ein paar Tage! Weil ich sonst Zufrieden war,aber wenn nix kommt werde ich die App löschen und auf eine andere App weiter spielen,wo ich weiß das ich mein erspieltes Geld bekomme!

Because I used a second phone they will not pay me

Habe die App seit paar Tagen, habe gestern 3.60 PayPal Guthaben und 1.60 € auszahlen lassen, nach 50 min waren beide ausgezahlt,
Heute habe ich wieder 3.60 Auszahlung auf PayPal gemacht, doch seit 4 Stunden steht die in Bearbeitung. Eine Auszahlung wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden genehmigt ( so steht es auch da )
Abgesehen von dem aktuellen Problem kann ich mich nicht beschweren!

This platform is a scam I have been at 95% on a game and no matter how much I play it dont increase i have cashed out twice with no problem but because this is a £100 I think they put a stop on it so u dont get paid am going to go to trading standards as this is a scam

Absoluter sch... ich habe z.b eine Belohnung gemacht 7 tage zeit 20 euro direkt cash. Ich war fertig, usw es kam absolut nichts. Support egal welche Email reagiert null. Das ist Betrug. Es werden Lebenszeit gestohlen dafür gehört ihr eig vora Gericht. Das ist kriminell

Der blanke Betrug. Erspieltes Geld wird nicht gut geschrieben und ausgezahlt wird auch nichts. Spielstände werden ab einem bestimmten Level nicht mehr aktualisiert. Mails werden 2 mal mit ausreden beantwortet und dann kommt nichts mehr.

Eigentlich kein Stern verdient!!! Ich habe mir mein Guthaben erspielt, habe Auszahlung auf PayPal gewählt, bisher kein einziger Cent angekommen. Habe den Support angeschrieben, Reaktion: meine Auszahlungen würde ich nicht bekommen, aus verschiedenen Gründen wie z.b.mehrere Spielkonten, irgendwas gewählt was in meinem Land nicht möglich wäre uvm.
Eigentlich haben die mir Betrug vorgeworfen!! Ich habe es nicht nötig zu betrügen!! Hab sogar Pakete bei einem Spiel gekauft.
Playtime ist eine Betrüger App, man erhält keinen einzigen Cent und die werfen Nutzern Betrug vor wenn es um Auszahlungen geht.

Started playing games via PlayTime earlier in the year. Hit enough coins for £5 Amazon voucher and received it within 48 hours. Great, thought I'd keep playing to earn more towards Christmas gifts. Finally hit enough for £50 voucher, redeemed, days later reward still pending. Thought I would email to see what the holdup was. Google search and found a support email, few emails back and forth, screenshot of my reward pending and date requested. Email received this morning accusing me of violating the T&Cs, using VPN, multiple accounts or technology to advance in games? Anyway basically ' it's a no, we've made money from you playing and we have no intention of paying what is owed'

I just wish I would've checked the reviews first as it's clearly a scam if they're saying the same thing to repeatedly avoid paying people.

Is this an issue for Trading Standards maybe?
