I bought the large mansion and room accessories last year and set it up recently, and found a small piece missing. Playmobil sent the missing part super quickly without question. Love this set. Great customer service 403477366. Thank you

I love playing with it and stuff but I had a box that had a few times on it 4898 it was a princess set including a king and 1 or 2 princess it was about dress up and getting ready I know I am only 9 years old but it made me cry multiple times while assembling because it was so hard. The instructions were also not clear.please take that into account, yours sincerely anonymous person who breaths

PLAYMOBIL SORT IT OUT!! I love playmobil but what is going on with their boxing at the moment. Not putting it in a pictured box is not exciting for children to open. Plan cardboard boxes is not exceptable to me.

I have a great experience and memory from when i was younger. I use to be one of their biggest fans when i was a child and i still like this toy brand.

Angela’s customer service was outstanding and went above and beyond. I now have the highest regard for Playmobil thanks to her.
My little boy had a tow truck recently and there were a couple of small parts that didn’t work.
She sent a pirate figurine as e have to sit a few days for the mixing parts.
My son wants a pirate ship now 🤣which he wil most likely get. Love the products and they have brought so much joy to my little one and I love seeing his imagination grow.

Have now waited 1 month for my order which is sent untraceable, sent 5 emails to customer service without getting any reply. Money lost and will never try to shop from them again!

Reading previous reviews was worried about ordering from Playmobil, so glad I did. Ordered 4 items, all came boxed in perfect condition. Delivery no problems. Happy with items, price and delivery. Would use them again. Didn't realise the items came from Germany but all came fine, packaged well and didn't waiit long for them. Thanks Playmobil.

Outraged! Order arrived and some of the items are not in boxes! They are in plastic bags! How can you wrap this big concrete mixer into a present for a 5 year old when it’s in a plastic bag? The joy of opening a gift is to see what it is on the box! I have emailed customer service and if I get a respond how to return the items in bags I can change this review but until then I’m a very unhappy customer!
I recently ordered lots from lego and they had to put everything into two big boxes to fit it all in and not a single thing was taken out of its original box! They know how to ship items! There is just no words to describe how unprofessional playmobil are with this! A big company like this shouldn’t take things out of boxes to save space!

If zero stars was an option, I’d have selected that. Ordered 5 items, 1 arrived and customer service haven’t responded to a single email regarding the other 4. Essentially stolen my money. Will never use again

Sent three factory damaged products (delivery packaging was undamaged and unmarked) and have not responded to emails. Now too late to sort for Christmas and all my money is tied up in their damaged goods. Very unhappy children and very unhappy parents here.

Order received in big cardboard packaging. Opened and the toy was not in the box, just a clear bag.
It should have been in a box with a pictures on of the item (Enchanted Fairy Pond).
I cannot give the gift to a 4 year old as planned like this.

Ordered items, got dispatched email and delivery details. However for some reason items were sent back to sender by UPS with a refund but have had no communication from Playmobil as to why it was cancelled/returned or refunded as the items are still available online??? Was supposed to be a birthday gift

Bought several sets for Christmas. One set had the stickers missing, contacted Playmobil via email and the stickers have been sent out. Items are good quality and packed well for delivery.

Based on the reviews here on trust Pilot I was very skeptical to purchase on here on the 28th of November I decided to trust my gut, AND SO GLAD I DID. Everything came within 2 weeks dispite the website stipulating it could take up to 8 weeks due to postal strikes and Christmas but they came in time and boxed and everything was fine. I'm very thankful 🙏 thanks again playmobil on my first successful order 🙂. If your looking to place an order now, it may be unrealistic to recieve in time but birthdays etc perfect just leave a bit of time to be delivered xx

Fantastic, friendly service from Angela in customer services. I contacted CS directly as site was sketchy for ordering parts. Lost (by my kids or hoover) Ghostbusters replacement parts ordered and posted out immediately. Best customer service from any company in years 😁👏

have chosen the worst delivery service, all deliveries not in their control, not answer emails, never apologize don't care about clients

I have tried for five days to place an order for over £50. I have attempted every way possible to get my address and post code accepted and it has been rejected time after time. Frustrating doesn't begin to describe my experience. I've had this address and post code for 38 years

Great customer service! My daughter received a Playmobil set for her birthday and unfortunately there was a part missing. I contacted Customer Services and they responded promptly and politely. They ordered the missing part for me and kept me up to date with progress. Missing part now received, and earlier than anticipated. Thank you!

Unable to order spare parts for a very long period now.
And If I was able to order from Playmobil.fr or .de I will not even bother the UK people.

We purchased this product for our grandsons birthday.
on assembling the product it was found to be excellent, obviously the mould tools are top quality. unfortunately one of the wheel hubs was missing. contacted customer services, in less than 24hrs contacted us to say a replacement part would be sent. we will be buying their items again, well worth the cost. our Grandson has hours of enjoyment. Thank you for a quality Product.
