Unjustified blocking of account and credit
I am very disappointed with the support, when the company is not able to solve even 1 technical support request that I requested and in the end, the administrator unjustifiably blocked both my accounts and my remaining credit as a long-time customer. They do not answer my emails and when I read the answers, they all have one answer with a link to technical support. After this experience, I do not recommend and I can not even imagine what problems would arise when paying out large winnings

I have been with this company for more than 10years. Never won more than 10 pounds. I like the fact that you can try your luck on variety of games from different countries. The fraud department of my bank blocked my debit card today because I wanted to make a payment to Playhugelottos. The payment was supposed to go to Budpay in Nigeria. This company is well known as a fraud organization! I can only warn everyone never to play with playhugelottos or transfer money.
