Been to the store on several occasions…
Been to the store on several occasions and the staff I've met were fantastic,friendly and very helpful.but I popped in today and the lady working there didn't appear to be anything like the other staff I've encountered in the past! made me feel very unwelcome,passive aggressive demeanour and couldn't wait to get me out of the store,not a nice experience at all.

Great variety of products and good value, very friendly staff. In Cork Store yesterday, lady was very friendly and helpful although I was hoping the other lady would be on as she is so funny and always smiling and knows her products. Her personal recommendations keep me and my wife going in. It’s great knowing the staff buys and tries products in order to give advice

Asked me to show her what was in my bags.
My friend and I went in, only two customers in the Cork store. I went to pay for my items and the woman serving me asked me to show her what was in my bags (my tiny Boots bag and my tote bag). I honestly thought it was a joke at first but she was very rude, asked me if I was going to show her or not. I did, I’ve never been in that situation before. She never apologised after she saw I DIDN’T steal anything. Even without her nearly accusing me of stealing, her customer service was terrible. I’ve never been more humiliated before.

absolutely appalling customer service they treat you like absolute crap wouldn’t give their name to me or anything . The way they speak to their customers is disgraceful, this is a different google account i’m using i have picture of the conversation as proof absolute crap the lot of them

Ordered 3 days ago for next day delivery, still haven’t received it tracking number is saying it hasn’t entered the postal service and the company won’t reply to my emails.

I checked this order which was placed on the 4th of April and according to An Post tracking it was delivered on the 6th of April and signed for by a person with the same surname at your address. If this is incorrect or wrong please let us know.
If it is correct I would appreciate a re-evaluation of this review rating and title.
