Have been trying sending emails with the RMA to get a prepaid shipping label. Nobody even bothers to come back. I have a flight and will be away for a month and multiple emails no response. Shady business practice. I guess they are doing this deliberately so that their controller becomes ineligible to return.
Now after reading this review someone from their team will immediately respond with a sorry message.
The reason why I scored one star for the Backbone One 2nd Gen (and it was going to be a lower score.!!!) is becuse the firmware can't be updated on my iPhone 15 Pro Max or any Apple iPhone for that matter.. it's 2024 and not being able to update the controller's software to work corectly or at all..!!! on my Apple iPhone is somewhat rediculous now..!!!
Doesn’t work with a lot of the big games such as fifa or pubg etc , complete waste of money
Order never arrived. Sent by Royal Mail, they said it had been delivered. Checked tracking info and was in a different area. It's impossible to find a contact number for Backbone, and after emailing several times i didnt get any answer to the problem. I then spent over an hour on hold to Royal Mail for them to tell me the address on the label doesnt match my address. I double checked my order and shipping confirmation emails and the correct address in on there so they said they have printed the label out wrong. I have knocked on every door in the street and order isnt to be found. Contacted backbone AGAIN and still no response. I ordered this for a birthday present (ordered it well in advance so it had time to arrive) and now its so late im left without a gift to give AND i have no idea how to get my money back now.
Overall - they took my money and never gave me the product. I'd avoid if possible, the product might be great but i wouldnt know as we never got to try it.
Well I ordered my product on 17th. Got an update from Royal mail 3 days ago that its waiting for the item from the sender.
Like the other review said, they are more than happy to take your money but then where is the item?
No mail, no apology... nothing.
Ill update this to 3 stars if the item arrives in the next 2 days but otherwise just be warned.
If you order from them it will take ages... if i even get it!
Utter shambles, ordered the product with a 4-12 day lead time on delivery and after 12 days the order hasn’t even been shipped yet AND I’ve received absolutely zero communications from the company. Happy enough to take your money but will not supply a product or service
