Connection issues.
The service disconnects me and offers an unresolved error message.
When I try and log back in, 25 people are in front of me and when I get down to 4, I get disconnected again and now I'm being told, I've tried to log in too much and I should wait a while.
This error was already a known issue 6 years ago, and Nvidia hasn't resolved it yet.
Wonder if the same connection issue arises when it's time for me to pay?

Good Quality Service, Can't Play on Release, Support Service is the Worst I've Seen
The streaming is great quality if your connection is great, and mine is. It's like playing it locally!
However, don't bank on playing games when they come out. Even if they say it will be available on launch, it won't load properly. No big deal right?
Well, their support won't help you. I was literally waiting in live chat for over five hours today to talk to someone after trying every known "fix" for an issue.
Even if you remove the tech limitations, you're still a second class gamer because while your friends are off having fun, you're just waiting for someone else to fix an issue that they don't even care about. And you pay them for the privilege.

A lot of lag, super unstable streaming quality :(
At some points not playable at all
They address all statements about poor quality to you yourself - you have a bad Internet provider, etc.

No subscription, no money back
Be careful. If you open a case via PayPal, your subscription will be immediately suspended. If PayPal decides in favor of Nvidia, your subscription will not be activated, but you will lose your money. I have been trying to get my money back for weeks now.

They don't communicate clearly about…
They don't communicate clearly about issues. The main game I want to play, BG3, has been down for 'Maintenance' with no clearly defined timeline beyond 'we are looking into it'. Its been several days with one of the most popular games of all time. Surely a timeline would be appropriate, or at least more comms as to what the issue is.

Like playing a game on the local machine - I no longer have to buy laptops with gaming GPUs! My next machine could be an ARM tablet with 5G.
Though, it doesn't support custom keyboard layouts like Dvorak, only common ones like QWERTY and AZERTY.
