The service was never used
The service was never used, but I was charged in full and my request for a partial refund or future credit was declined. I also received accusations about my conduct that I did not feel were justified.

Would not recommend based on this experience
Very disappointing experience with Platinum Aviation.
We booked a VIP airport meet & greet service and specifically confirmed in advance that the passenger would be met upon arrival. No one met the passenger at the airport, and the company only contacted us much later after the passenger had already left the airport area.
Instead of properly resolving the issue, the company kept changing their explanation and initially refused any refund at all. Only after the dispute process started did they begin offering partial solutions and credits for future services.
For a premium aviation concierge company, reliability and coordination are the main thing you pay for. Unfortunately, that was exactly what was missing in this case.
Would not recommend based on this experience.

Cancelled within hours & never refunded
Booked VIP through Miami for New Year, and they cancelled the service hours beforehand and promised a refund. 5 months later I still do not have the refund.

I had an amazing experience with…
I had an amazing experience with Platinum Aviation. I used their VIP service for a connection in Miami and an arrival at JFK — everything was flawless.
Their representative, Or, was absolutely incredible! He tracked our landing time precisely, ensured a smooth arrival, and stayed in touch even after the service was completed and paid for. The attention to detail and level of care were beyond expectations.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, high-end airport assistance. Will definitely use again.

Worst service
By far the worst service I have ever experienced. I contacted them via WhatsApp for a quote and information on their service, instead I was called “idiot” several times by the employee. Surprisingly their website advertises “premium platinum service” tells just from an exchange of text how unprofessional, disrespectful and unreliable this company is. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to get cursed out for enquiring their services.
