My item was delivered today without any warning and was just left on the street next to the Townhall where it should have been delivered to.
I am not happy with this service at all, as my item was close to being taken away.
I've taken photos of where this was left, and this should not happen.

Hi Leanne,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, your feedback is important to us.
According to our records a shipping confirmation email was sent on Friday (24 October) to the email address provided with your order. This email contained a tracking number which allowed you to track your delivery; it is unfortunate that this email did not find its way to you.
However we understand that this does not excuse our courier not handling your delivery correctly and we apologised for any inconvenience caused. If you would like to take this further please reach out to our customer service team.

Disappointing
Items are posted well protected in MDF. Couriers selected are ok. Customer service great.
I shop with them every so often, PTFE sheets are expensive and often comes with at most minor scratches and dirt or even a footprint.
However, on this occasion sent out of warehouse with half inch dent in it. I expect sheets to be perfect in condition. Cutting service, you can't just tell them to halve it, they expect the cutting to be calculated even for this, they also scam you of off cuts unless you clearly state these to be sent to you.

Hi Alice,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, your feedback is important to us. We always aim to supply the highest quality materials and we are sorry that you were disappointed in this case. If you need further assistance please reach out to our customer services team.
Please note that customers using the cutting tool provided on our website are required to specify whether or not they would like any offcuts shipped with their order; there is no assumption that offcuts are not required and it is not possible for customers to check out without making this decision.
We appreciate your comments regarding our shipping and customer service and look forward to seeing you again soon.
