Hi Neville,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delay of your delivery. In this instance we were unfortunately let down by our courier who mistook your address for a residential rather than commercial property and so could not locate your premises. I understand that our customer service team has been in touch and that replacement items will be delivered tomorrow.
Once again, please accept our apologies for this inconvenience.
