Great delivery, quick to resolve problems
Mark couldn’t have been better as a delivery driver - he arrived nice and early, was polite and friendly, and even carried everything upstairs for me. Unfortunately the wrong cornicing was delivered (which Mark noticed - I might not have done!) but Plaster Ceiling Rose rearranged delivery for the next day and refunded my delivery fee. Overall they provide great customer service and we will definitely be using them again for our renovations in future!

Great!
I called in the morning to explain I wanted to make a purchase but to collect that day. I spoke to a very friendly and helpful staff member who assured me I could come anytime. I arrived a couple of hours later and Ryan and James were so lovely and helpful. They were quick at getting everything sorted, adjusted my car seating to fit everything in and carried and packed my order into my car nicely. They even explained for future what to do if I needed to do that again. A very pleasant experience and lovely coving. I would highly recommend.

Timeless plaster ceiling

Mark and Office team were amazing
The customer service were superb! even though the lead time for delivery was initially longer than hoped they managed to deliver within 24hrs of placing the order which was perfect for me as I was working from home. Mark the delivery guy was extremely courteous and delivered in the area I needed the cornice to be. Highly recommend them!

pretty good quality stuff
pretty good quality stuff , the cornice has fibre in it for strength no timber so no fixing points but the adhesive works well and they have some nice profiles .

Perfect service!
Everyone at PCR has been absolutely helpful and very professional in handling questions, orders and any problem occurring. The products offered are first class and the price very competitive .
If I could find a tiny little fault I would suggest to group the cornices for delivery in smaller groups to be easier to handle .
