Fabulous quality and easy process from start to finish
Great from start to finish. Website easy to navigate and lots of images and full dimensions available. Well packaged and shipped by reputable courier. Fantastic service
We had a fantastic service from Lucy , over the phone. She was really helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient. Safe delivery by Mark (the following day) who was also very helpful and communicated very clearly re delivery times. Good to get the rose safely delivered (not our experience with other firms in the past)

The rose came in no time at all and was…
The rose came in no time at all and was really packed well. The mark off was there was a large lump on the back and some parts of the outer edge needed finishing. I have fitted a few of these over the years and this was the first time I had to do fettling on one.

Great service and materials
This was a great experience from start to finish. Rebecca in the team was very helpful answering initial questions I had choosing and ordering coving. She recommended Dimitri to fit the materials, who did the work to a very high standard and was brilliant to communicate with from start to finish. He worked long and late to get the job done to help me keep my project on schedule. Lucy in the team was also super helpful when I had to rearrange delivery. Would highly recommend the company.

Really great experience
Really great experience. We started with ordering a sample kit. Then decided on a coving profile we liked.
Ordering and delivery was fast and easy. Jason was superb moving the coving into the house exactly where I asked. Following fitting the quality is very good and reliable, the details in the ceiling roses came out perfectly.
Will happily use again in the future.

Product was of excellent quality
Product was of excellent quality but when covering was opened the bottom ones were slightly damaged but luckily the damaged ones were able to be used for small sectors. Would use again and recommend them but improve the delivery packaging.
