The only thing I didn't like was the barcodes; the ink was a bit thick. I couldn't print on top of the back; the printer couldn't pickup the cards because of the raised barcodes.

You never know what you're going to get when ordering something from an online vendor for the first time and it can be especially nerve-racking when ordering 1,000's of custom items. Plastek Cards does not disappoint! The print quality was flawless and the card quality is everything I expected... The 12 mil pvc membership cards are thinner than a driver's license, making them easy to slip in your wallet or purse, but they are still very durable — much more so than laminated paper cards. We will absolutely be reordering from them and highly recommend them.

Will order from them again. They allow us to order the minimum quantity and then slowly fulfill it as we need it.

Art work was submitted, checked, redone and card printed. Time table for my job was as expected and proof procedures were quick.

Order made 12/16/16 for delivery by Christmas. No show. Called, left message. No response. Called again, closed for Christmas till early January. Called again, after holiday, left message, no response. Called 4th time 1/16/17 got a real person for the first time. Said order was pending but she would ship today. Order received a week later. My first experience with this company. Really felt this outfit was a sham and would have lost my money. Regardless, didn't have what I needed for Christmas business.

I'm an implementation manager at Epos Now and we used to use Plastek as our provider for loyalty cards for our customers. Back in September we had a customer who ordered cards. They were, however, incorrectly printed, which was not the fault of Plastek, but we were okay'd to have them sent back and reprinted. The problem we have is that we still do not have the replacement cards months later, despite being approved by our main contact there to have them reprinted. Here I am passing this information on to my customer, telling them when they are expected to come in, and then when they don't come I'm the one who the customer chews out. We switched to a new card provider because of service like this, and maybe that's why we're having so many problems getting these cards reprinted. Either way, the service we've had with Plastek has been, and continues to be, terrible.

We have used Plastek Cards now for years for our VIP cards when customers purchase their car from us. The cards look amazing and the quick turn around on design and orders is great.
