Placing my order couldn't have been easier, and when I did have a question, the online help was excellent. The proof that was sent to me was exactly how the final plaques turned out and arrived more quickly than I ws expecting. I will not hesitate to again.

The plaque turned out great after a few rounds of redesign. Speaking as a graphic designer, the program to design was not very intuitive. What I had designed was changed on the proof, so I had to go about asking for things to be done as I had requested. In the end, the plaques looked very nice and my boss loved the results.

The plaque we designed was to remember a child we had miscarried. It turned out just what we needed it to be.

The plaques I ordered were done within 10 days and all of the information was correct. I will be using plaque maker again.

After going to a "Things Remembered" and learning that what I wanted would cost over $50, I decided to do it myself at plaque maker. A great decision as it cost me about 1/3 of what they wanted to charge me! The website is easy to traverse; I found the plaque I wanted, added my wording, selected the font and size, and then turned it over to the professionals at plaque maker. They responded quickly with a proof, and I no sooner sent my approval, and I got a response that it would be shipped shortly. It arrived 2 days earlier than I expected, and it was perfect.

PlaqueMaker provides a quality product at a reasonable price, ordered from a user-friendly website, in an admirable turnaround time. Customer Service by phone is easily accessible and helpful. There was one major glitch on my first set of proofs, but instead of becoming a headache, the problem was quickly fixed in response to my email and new proofs followed soon after.

I was extremely happy with my purchase. The online ordering process is very easy and the folks I spoke with on the phone were very helpful. I especially liked the opportunity to review my order (and make changes) prior to finalizing the purchase.
