My plant order arrived on time, plant is in a good condition(was in a dormant phase), good order tracking from start to delivery date!
Wish it will be surrounded by the mineral wool, not a paper stripes.
I did a few orders via different Supplier from the Country, this one is the best!

Very poor service.. I ordered plants from this site it came in a very very bad condition.. The cardboard box was literally leaking all pots were scattered inside

ABSOLUTE SCAM. Do not give these criminals your money. I paid for three anthurium and a cactus and they NEVER DELIVERED. They gave me a constant runaround, refused to refund my money. Shameless and disgusting. Never in my life have I even encountered such blatant theft.

Quality is so bad.. yellow leaves.. the customer care is awful and rude..the delivery guy left the plant on my door and i didn’t check the quality.. i potted the. Assuming they will be fine but the leaves started turning more yellow and when i asked for replacement they refused and speake in impolite manner
Wont recommend to any one. Don’t get misled by the pictures on the website. The actual quality of plants is not even close n completely bad and the customer care is sending offensive messages

Poor unhealthy plants, nothing like the photos, the only grown monstera leaf was ripped and dying and the rest were as if they'd sent me seedlings when the photo was a full grown plant, the snake plants had all the tips ripped off meaning they don't grow anymore so I refused to accept the delivery! Thankfully I opted for cash payment and know well enough about plants to know this shop is a con! After writing the honest review they asked for the company contacted me to take the review down, and then I've come on here to find more people writing the exact same thing about how poor the company is! Shameful would not recommend at all

Absolutely dreadful experience with Plantshop. Though I had ordered before, this time all the outdoor plants (12) were lifeless and some flowers weee dead. On sharing pics and feedback I only got a feedback that you should water them. After 2 days of watering too, most plants were dead. Will not recommend them to anyone. No refund or return policy made my experience really awful.

Have ordered several times from them . My last order number was 72377. Upon delivery the plants already looked somewhat lifeless this time, especially the bamboo sticks were yellowish !! Desert rose was received in not a great condition too !! Overall I guess I won’t be placing order anytime in future ! Won’t recommend ! Thanks

Ordered a gift for my mom and was specific about the delivery date and time, which they attended to it perfectly and the quality of the monstera delivered was fabulous. Thank you for the wonderful service.

horrible plant service provided for AED 499- killed 3 plants that were more than 6+ years old- the plants just died- wish I had changed the soil myself like I was doing last many years. Most tragic I hired this service- sent 2 complete inexperienced people who slaughtered my plants- unforgivable!! Still waiting for a refund of this pathetic service- hopefully Mr Siyad will oblige & improve the services with experienced gardeners.

It come with ceramic pot with no drainage hole… the plant got root rot a few days later I received it even though I didn’t give water.No replacement and refund were applicable.

Bough an indoor plant in ceramic pot with no drainage hole. When I asked customer service they replied, all our indoor plant is potted without drainage hole as they need minimal water. What a strange logic !!

I have bought a number of plants from plantshop, I received a plant 1 week ago and it is dying, leaves are super yellow.. I messaged them to tell them this and they sent back an extremely rude reply saying I must've overwatered my plants but I have not watered it and also received it soaking wet... I was also told they never water the plants before delivery but this one was deep in water completely soaked??? Last time I'll use plant shop

I am very happy with the plants and received best service from Sunny very humble person with good communication and plants are healthy looking, no dry leaves and soil looks healthy and well maintained.

I am happy to get my order as promissed.in time and the plants are healthy too . Inshaallah will order more in future . But felt the price is a bit high then the retail competitors .

Excellent service and variety of products. I think this is the only online store who is seriously focused on selling plants online. Young team and really energetic. They take good care in delivering the plants.
