GREAT PLANTS
The most important thing was the plants I received and they were great - exceeded my expectations after a few disappointments with other online retailers. Website was easy to use and customer services were responsive when I asked them about delivery. I will definitely use them again.

Beautiful Hibiscus
Plants galore ordered in a new variety of hibiscus for
me, it arrived a week later in perfect condition with lots of flower buds, it’s doing very well and looking beautiful, thank you plants galore.

Fake picture…
The bougainvilea pyramid pictured on the web site was covered in flowers. The actual pyramid delivered had one small flower and luxurious green leaves.

wish I could give zero
wish I could give zero, placed the order a week ago and requested express delivery, despite two emails and 40 minutes of calling all their various departments not one answer. I have requested cancellation and refund but I'm certain I will have to arrange a back charge via my bank

Good prompt service & plants.
Looking for a specific rose, Plants Galore was the only place that had it in stock.
Delivery was prompt, much quicker than the time it said to allow. The rose was well packaged and in good, healthy condition.
It was also good value, compared with other websites. I would be happy to use them again.

The plans were a very good size and…
The plans were a very good size and very healthy. They were well packaged and arrived in good condition. The only negative thing I can say is that the dispatch time is longer than usual despite the carriage charges being higher than most companies. That said the plants themselves were cheaper than on other websites especially for the size so I would definitely recommend.
