I’ve never used a CRM before, so I was a little unsure at first, but Planning Beats has been incredibly user friendly from day one. The layout is intuitive, easy to navigate, and it didn’t take long at all for me to feel confident using it as part of my day-to-day workflow.
Since using the platform, organising weddings and events has become so much easier and far more efficient. It has streamlined everything from enquiries and planning to client communication and event management, saving me a huge amount of time and helping me stay on top of every booking.
One of the biggest benefits for me has been the level of professionalism it adds to my business.
