Do not buy anything from this company. Absolutely no response to emails, phone not answered. I have just looked on companies house and it was dissolved two years ago. I am now going through my credit card company.

I ordered a linen cap.It arrived by post and was very poor quality . I emailed the merchant asking for an upgrade or refund. and was told that I would get a refund if I returned the item. I returned it next day . I today received a call from the merchant blaming me for the damage and he was extremely rude and abusive and refused to refund

Outstanding customer service, beautiful hat received! I needed a black hat and ordered brown by mistake, then immediately ordered the black one. I phoned Planet Headwear and spoke to Emel (I hope I spelled his name correctly) I asked him to put a stop on delivery of the brown hat and provide a refund. He was very kind and told me he would provide a refund. I was thankful for that. We ended the call but Emel phoned back to say the black hat I ordered was out of stock. He very kindly sent me photos via my phone of the black hats he did have in stock. They were all lovely and I chose my favourite and let him know. I told him I needed the black hat to be delivered to my home by Wednesday as I sadly had a funeral to attend on the Thursday. Emel was very kind and understanding of the situation and told me he would make sure the hat arrived with me on Wednesday even if he had to deliver it himself. He sent me a photo of the postal label and my beautiful hat arrived on Wednesday. I was so pleased with the super kind customer service I received from Emel and his swift action to ensure I received the hat on the Wednesday. The customer service from him was outstanding and I am very grateful! Received my refund for the brown hat as promised. Would highly recommend, beautiful hats and beyond excellent customer service provided. Thank you Emel at Planet Headwear.

Lucky it's got one star. Absolute lack of customer service, even the way the man answered the phone (eventually) was unprofessional.
Kept ringing regarding my order, email was ignored then I was called a liar by him.
My hat is lovely although I wanted to exchange it for a smaller one. After his attitude I asked for a refund instead if I returned the hat....I was told no as it was over 14 days. Had he answered my calls/emails it wouldn't have been!

The man who runs this buisness hung up on me after being very rude & on the verge of aggressive.

Don’t order anything ……. You get nothing from these thieves

Avoid at all costs. I placed an order months ago, the order has never arrived, the company did not complete any of the correct customs documentation and the customer service has been awful. After waiting for two months with no help and no package I eventually raised a chargeback with my bank as the company refuses to help. Of all the websites where you can buy a hat this is one I would absolutely not go anywhere near if you actually want to receive the items that you pay for

I ordered a hat in medium online for a next day delivery. I received a text from Emal that evening apologising that the hat i wanted was out of stock in my size. After explaining i needed a specific colour for my dads funeral, Emal looked at other options for me. In the end he said he would check his warehouse the next day t see what else he could offer. He came back to me with the perfect option and it was delivered the day after. This man goes above and beyond for his customers!

I have ordered three caps 54cm.
One was fine the other two too small.
I've sent three emails to be able to return them.
Unfortunately after a week I'm still waiting for a response.
Customer service is letting down this company. Hat's are lovely.
However returns are not easy

Wow! Get this for exceptional customer service: I ordered a hat from planetheadwear.co.uk in 2 sizes as I wasn't sure of my size. Had a call the next day from Emal at planetheadwear.co.uk to explain that the sizes were slightly different than advertised online. He arranged for me to try one on in Mad Hatters in Camden Market on my way home after work. The very kind gentleman in Mad Matters kept his shop open late till I got there, the size he had didn't fit so he put me on the phone to Emal: Emal offered to drop a larger hat off at my home on his way home that evening- which he did. Later when I tried it on properly in front of the mirror, I realised it was probably a bit small. The next day Emal again stopped off on his way home and exchanged the hat for a bigger one. What a legend! Huge thanks to Emal at planetheadwear.co.uk and the gentleman at Mad Hatters :)
