Review: Do not buy anything from Plainorth. I ordered their Heavy Duty Adjustable Twist Hose Nozzle Jet Sweeper Nozzle on June 16, 2026. The price was listed as $35.28, but at checkout, they managed to secretly change the total charge to $45.86.
The product arrived on July 8 and is complete junk. It leaks severely and has absolutely no high pressure, completely contradicting their advertising and promotional videos. When I emailed them on July 13 to return it in its original packaging for a full refund, they refused to send a return label and only offered a pathetic $5 credit for a broken item. They are a highly deceptive company selling low-quality goods. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

BEWARE
First of all, they charged my PayPal account more than was stated on my receipt. It took over two months to get my item, and the item was significantly smaller than advertised. Beware of this company; they change and alter their website to fit their narrative. PayPal ruled in their favor because it is an automated review. I am escalating this. Bait and switch and fraudulent charge.

The hose to install to must be modified to use your connections ..I am not willing to cut off my hose connection to retrofit your device. . You don’t have a hose connection to fit connector to connector ? Oh well.
