unclean stock keeping
We ordered 17 white 100% Polyester t-shirts from them, they arrived quickly but upon inspection 8 of them had marks on that would need washing out before i could print on them.
It then took two days to have replacements sent out.
I have received these today and 4 out of the 8 replacements have the same problem and one even has a hole in the collar.
Avoid and spend a bit more elsewhere

I have ordered on a friday, paid 6 for delivery ( next bussines day). It was around noon on wednesday, when I got a e-mail with apologize saying that one of my products has a default and they asked me if I want something else in return or my money back. Because it was allready to late for what I need it from the order, I asked them to cancel the entire order and to refund me the money. Today, Thursday I had the surprise to wake up and my money still missing from my paypal account. I called at the sales office and a lady told me that today will make the refund. After that, I receive the e-mail with the refundingdetails and guess what? I have been charged with 1.08 refund fee. Maybe I am crazy, but after 5 days you kept my money in your bank account and haven't completed the order... I am still the one who has to pay? And the cherry on the pie: the company name is "ethic". REALLY??????? I will not recommend this company...EVER! I think ethic, envolves also professionalism in a business. So get your horses toghether and don't charge the customer for your fault! Maybe a idiot, will leave you that 1.08, but not me! And because I promised myself I will be better today, I will give you 3 stars and not 1!

Great t-shirts
Great t-shirts, fantastic prices. The website it easy to navigate, and the prices are clearly advertised as pre VAT. A huge range of quality t-shirts at some of (if not the best) prices around. It might take them a while to answer the phone if they are busy, but they do have excellent customer service. Delivery is quick, and because they are advertising (to my knowledge) to trade, don't expect to be returning goods willy nilly like some people do with M&S. If you are in a position of needing to have goods returned to the company, then from my experience you might need to chase them up a bit, but in a nice way.
