I wanted to create an app with Plaid integration. I was contacted by their sales manager, who informed me that they will review my account within 24 hours. It's 48 hours, it's still pending, and the manager doesn't answer my emails. If they don't want me on they platform, they could just disapprove, and I would use a different solution; instead, they behave unprofessionally.

if i could leave a negative review i would due to a sierries of events that led to my car being towed the day is sat at 1012 am after i spent the last 45 mins on hold and navigating the phone prompts all i needed was access to my santander account but i was prompted to plad to transfer crypto to cash to pay a tow truck before they clolsed at 1030 i didn't have time to elaborate but i asked if we could do this quickly i spoke with zara zarahia or some thing lik ethat she was antagonistic rude uncooperative and left my need unfullfilled in a really bad time she had no desire to work with me the account holder i dont have alot of money yet but that will change soon people shouldnt treat people the way zara treated me i asked to talk to a manager and she scoffed at me i asked her her name which she replied z as in zebra a as in apple as slowly as possible this kind of behavior from by a repusentive should be seen as shameful and addressed the time was 1012 am sat morning from 3214726216 6-21-2025 1012 am it was really unprofessional for her to behave the way she did

Connections no longer work consistently. Support is dishonest and misleading by pretending to work on fixes that never come.

Plaid is an entrenched business that does not care about its customers.

Worst company created. Every single app to borrow money goes through them. They only support major banks though. I've been trying for 2 years to use apps like that, and I can only use cash app because plaid sucks and says they don't support my bank. Why in the Fu*k does a bank need a company to be a Fu*king mediator when they're a bank, and why do all the apps use the worst possible company to do it.

I've never had issues up until this point. I tried resetting my account with plaid But I wasn't even receiving the email confirmation. Trying to contact support about this issue has been a challenge as well.

After giving them all of my financial information, the very las step said I'm not eligible for this service! Fu$k this bullshit scamming company! Now I have to go change all of my passwords for this SCAMMING company!

One star is too many. I don't leave bad reviews normally, but I despise this company. I set up a meeting to try and get someone to resolve the issues I am having, ended up scheduling a time to do a video call. Once on the video, the guy just tried selling me stuff. I said no i hate plaid and i want it fixed and he said he would send an email to an IT guy. Never heard from that IT guy.

I am so frustrated with plaid that I am seriously considering switching accounting softwares. The current one I'm on makes me use plaid.

I avoid Apps that use Plaid. It frequently disconnects and doesn't support ATB Business or my RBC accounts anymore

When I try to get my funds from my stock brokerage account to transfer to my account plaid keeps sending me numbers other than my phone number to choose from the authenticator for my funds to transfer. And no customer care to take care of the harm that they are causing.

This app is absolute garbage. It should be thrown in the trash. No Bank should use this. It doesn't connect to all banks. It's a piece of garbage. Absolute junk. Never use this pile of crap ever again. My name is Paul Angelo. I stand by this message. This company should be long gone

In the many years apps have been forcing me to use this garbage company, i have never once successfully connected my account with plaid. Not once. Every single time they lock my bank account and i have to jump through hoops because this trash company cant make a simple transaction without making me reset all my accounts. Never had this problem just manually entering my AN and RN. But nooooooooo thats way too hard. Lets use a convoluted app that cant do the most basic tasks and blame the user for entering the wrong password when ive literally copy and pasted the information so there is NO WAY THATS THE PROBLEM!!!!!

I use Plaid for a Kraken account and its been a miserable experience. They limit my ability to transfer MY MONEY into a Kraken account. This has cost me thousands of dollars because I was unable to buy on the dip! I have no idea if Plaid offers any support because I've gotten no responses when I've tried to contact them. I'm leaving Kraken because of this issue.

Can't verify my account. I login to my bank no problem. I log into my bank using Plaid. Can't find the login information. Epic fail.

This plaid iscompletely junk I've been trying for 4 days straight to get my money transferred from my secured card from kickoff to anywhere to my banking to cash app didn't anything you think of all I get is oops something went

I would give a ZERO if I could! I use an online betting platform that uses PLAID as a second layer of bank balance verification. Plaids technology is behind the times!! They DO NOT do REAL-TIME balance verifications but random or beginning of day. This is 2025, why doesn't PLAID do real time online verification?

Doesn't work with TD bank. It's crap, pure crap. Trusty is far superior, and every company should use them instead of this second rate service.

Evidently Plaid SELLS YOUR INFORMATION...my daughter just lost $100 from her banking account...she has since learned that her banking information was gotten from PLAID.

I appreciate the integrations. There have been a couple of times where it hasn't worked as well as I had hoped but most of my experiences have been positive. I appreciate a future where secure API connections like these can thrive and make our lives more efficient and simple.

Plaid uses the bankcard number for the account number on Wisely account. I can't verify data and am denied services I need. No help from their ai system and no way to talk with someone live to fix it. Terrible customer service.
