Pizza Nova Omdömen 

Pizza Nova Barrie did not let my son to use their bathroom. We ordered pizza and while waiting my son needed to use the washroom. The guy was very rude and said after some time they lock the washroom because they do not wanna let the homeless people come and use it. I said we are already inside and not homeless but he still would not let him use it and he acted like I was stupid and did not know what I was talking about. I wish it happened before I ordered and I would not buy anything from that rude guy.

Bought a chicken caesar sandwich for $11 pre-tax and received 5 tiny rectangular pieces of chicken with one leaf of lettuce and tomato inside of the ciabatta bun. Complete rip off.

I just wanna share my experience from Pizza nova..it was really excellent pizza and nice place to visit every week..i really appreciate about them being accommodating staff especially who's making pizza i love it😉😇🥰👌

Haven’t ordered from Pizza Nova in a long time, and wow, it’s really gone downhill. I ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza, and there was barely any cheese on it. The crust had almost no flavour either. It used to be much better. What a shame.

I drove to get 4 of their special charity day $5 pizzas. All sold out about 1 hr before the 9 pm deadline. Frustrating for sure. Better planning perhaps?

We usually love this pizza but were disappointed, not for the first time, about the lack of ingredients on our pizza. We order the exact same pizza, almost every time. We always ask for extra sauce. Most times they do it. When they don't do it, like last night, the pizza tasted dry. Not enjoyable at all.

Location at Green Lane and Bayview, Thornhill tends to rip off the teens, forgetting a dish or giving incorrect cheaper items. Do the math of what you ordered to the actual charges on receipt and check your food before you leave store.

The items were lacking, the pizza seemed wet and most of the toppings were on one side. Worst pizza ever

What is going on with your call lines tonight??? Saturday Nov.29. No one is picking up to take orders. Never had this happen before. And on top of it when I called customer service he was all chill as if nothing is happening. Listen, if you cannot handle the load of customers hire more agents

Pésimo servicio 2 horas de espera. Es demasiado. Ya no hay que comer pizza.

I have sung the praises of Pizza Nova for the last 17 years. But no more. The last few orders have not been up to the previous standards. I'm told that the company has been sold. The new owners want to get back their money quickly. That's the only conclusion I can make.
They have reduced the amount of cheese and toppings.
I will have to find another place for my pizza cravings.

Have ordered many times when it was under a previous owner ship. In the last 6 months the new owners have changed the ingredients to tomato sauce , it is bland no spices, the cheese has been changed it’s poor quality they skimp on all ingredients and burn the pizza dough to the point where the crust curls up. They don’t get there orders right, if you order polonium they’ll replace it with wings instead.I have complained a couple weeks ago and got a credit. Tonight I used my credit and was disappointed by this order once again. For me this is over and will never purchase any thing from pizza nova. The shit poor location is Alcona INNISFIL.

Ordered gluten free crust with three toppings, topping to edge well baked not burnt.
Picked up pizza, wanted sun dried tomatoes got olives, toppings not to edge,pizza dough raw, sauce in centre of pizza I feel like they stole my money

Visited Pizza Nova Collingwood, Ontario today. This is the best pizza ever, and we normally pickup weekly. The place is very clean. Jason and his staff are very friendly and professional to deal with. They treat the customers like friends and family.

They don’t even deserve one star, long time customer almost 18 years, since I have moved they can’t even take accurate address to give it to the driver to deliver. 1st day almost an hour late so I give them another chance the next day late for almost an hour. It seems they like to make an excuses a lot. It’s approximate time 35-40 minutes doesn’t mean an hour and 10 minutes then you call me back after 1 1/2 hour, very good to make an excuse but not having the orders ready, don’t bother go somewhere else. Funny thing one location is 1 block away from me and they send it to another town, someone dropped the ball.

Giving a shout out to Pizza Nova and their amazing gluten free pizza crust . They have a new GF crust and it is delicious !
I have always felt safe as someone with a Celiac when ordering from Pizza Nova . They take a GF allergy seriously and their customer service is great .
Shout out to the Jane / Dundas location in Toronto !
