Pizza GoGo Omdömen 

We waited 2 hours for our pizza we are regular customers and when I called I got told we are waiting for an available driver this is not ok I called twice and had the same answer when I tried to call again I got an automated message not cool when u order at least twice a week not even a notification to say its not coming disgusting service

THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTE POISON,
the pasta was frozen and loaded with salt, I called to complain and they just politely tell you to get lost.
The food is t r a s h, poorly cooked, undercooked and loaded with oil, an absolute mess.. made me throw up.

I am so angry at the customer service provided by Kingswood Pizza gogo!

We first got burnt pizzas which we called and told them after 5 mins of receiving . They said they would make us more and send again . It took them 2 hours to give us the pizza and that too after so many phone calls . When I last called he cut the phone off on me and said he didn’t make the pizzas and he does not care !

So rude , bad customer service ! I’m really disappointed !

Pizza and chicken strips burned. Taste like old oil... Very bad...

Used the pizza go go app (which is an ordeal in itself when signing up!) to order from the local branch (stretford!) first time the pizzas had some toppings missing which i wasn't too bothered about as got them half price…then the second time…both pizzas were made wrong…bbq sauce on a veggie pizza and some kind of creamy sauce on the second one…. Said id never order again…but here we are on the third attempt as a deal was on….
The veggie pizza was covered in a weird clear grease that looked like it was sprayed on…and the Ham & pineapple one as well as being super greasy like the veggie one the ham tasted weird only for me to find out its actually turkey and not ham! So ill never order from here again!

Very disappointed with our order. We found a large black hair inside the pizza. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of hygiene and quality control. We paid for food, not someone’s hair. We expected much better and definitely won’t be ordering from here again. The restaurant needs to take food hygiene much more seriously.

First time ordering, Bury St Edmund’s location.
They got the order wrong,
pizza is very very greasy and tastes and smells really odd (like cheap tinned hot dogs, ordered pepperoni ) the dough is worse than a cheap frozen pizza, paper thin and is chewy and has no flavour.
Worse pizza I have ever had.
I rang but they were not interested, they just said that’s how it comes?
Pizza went in the bin it was awful.
Would give no stars if it was an option.
I will not be returning and recommend giving it a miss!

Corby branch…. Perfectly cooked pizzas got them delivered and were still Hot, delivery driver was professional and polite. Definitely recommended for Corby branch and will order again. 5/5 👍

Very exquisite food and very very nice drivers and it came in like 5 minutes very good service and the food was just banging

High Street North, East Ham, London. Just went in there to order pizza whilst the staff were shifting boxes wearing their plastic gloves. Right in front of our eyes they started making the pizza without changing the grubby gloves and when I pointed it out he didn’t seem to find a problem with it. I asked for a refund straightaway and told him I’m leaving a review for it which he didn’t care about! Avoid this location, the staff have no sense of hygiene.

Ordered pizza's online, took over an hour to get here and they were barely lukewarm, and there were barely any toppings ( I used create your own) the garlic bread with cheese was all stuck together. very disappointed.

SALT DEAN BRANCH Rude staff on the phone. Called a hour after ordering to check Elia repeatedly told me to cancel the order as it won't cook properly and he called the technician. Told me to cancel the order which I couldn't as it had been confirmed online. Told me I would get a refund tomorrow as he cannot do it and hung up the phone on me.

Then and hour later he turns up at my house is very rude and denies everything saying it was a misunderstanding when both me and my partner heard him on the phone saying it can't be done. Saying I will have to call the boss tomorrow and that he wasn't rude on the phone and didn't hang up on me when he did. Then told me to fogo do what I like.

It's a shame as I very much enjoyed ordering from here before and have ordered manu times. Won't be using again

The pizza was horrible; how is it possible for a pizza to taste like nothing but cheese? I couldn't even see the tomato. You have to use tomato sauce—and not just a tiny spoonful like I've seen you do. It was truly disgusting; if you aren't going to make the pizzas right, you'd be better off not making them at all.

An error happened due to the speech ai app I use because I am disabled and can't talk ordered from the Bromley branch vs another by mistake. I apologised for the error and got a very rude and unprofessional response from another mobile number saying "my sorry won't get him the refund, " Now whose gone cover the cost" and that I should have double confirmed (not an option). Very unhappy.

The pizza we ordered was absolutely disgusting, had to give a one star as zero star wasnt an option
Pizza was sinking in fat, with the toppings burnt, do not even understand how you could make a pizza like this unless you put it in a deep fat fryer??

After ordering pizza and chicken all three of us was sick within the hour and hardly eaten anything when we rang the Guildford shop they laughed at us and said we wouldn’t get a refund seat is all throwing up after eating the food

We have been ordering from Pizza Go Go in Kingswood for several years now. We enjoy the menu. The ability to change toppings on pizzas is great for the family and the variety of vegetarian sides is appreciated. The food is always well prepared. Very consistent. If there are any issues (which isn't often) they resolve the issue without stress. I had excellent customer service from Tallish, who is extremely helpful and professional. They value their customers. You can order with confidence.

I placed an order and it took over an hour. When I got delivered the driver tells me that they tried to ring me yet I had no call from them regarding my order as they never had the milkshakes I ordered so instead of refunding me they sent me 2 CANS of cokes and no refund. These are the most expensive cans of coke I have ever purchased because of this I will not be ordering from these ever again and now I know why the low rating.

The workers where very nice and was joking about I recommend really nice food you do t have to wait long
