Pixel Studios Inc Omdömen

Henry at Pixel Studios was extremely helpful in leading our project. He and his team were persistent in ensuring the final product met my standards and vision. I highly recommend Henry and Pixel Studios — their professionalism and commitment to quality truly stand out. I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Great to work with. An extraordinary final product. Professionally done, quality comparable to large studios.

I highly recommend.

Sarah Watson is a great asset to your Management team. As with any project, Murphy's Law always enters and can cause issues, Sarah has mastered all aspects of customer service, she keenly listens to customer concerns and addresses immediately. Overall I enjoyed working with Sarah and the Pixel Studios Team. I plan to use your services in the near future.

I engage this company in early 2024 for a 30 second 3D animation. By weeks they failed to meet the deadline. I disputed the fee charged to my credit card. As a result, a new agreement was signed by myself and Pixels Inc. for half of the original agreement. Again, by weeks, they failed to meet the deadline. They charged my credit card for the full amount of the original agreement after reassuring me in writing that they would refund half. This company is a scam. I would not recommend them, period!

Update 5/22/25: Company reneged on the refund they had previously agreed upon and has gone back to attempts at leveraging the refund for the removal of the review.

update4/24/25: They are now saying they will be withholding the refund until I remove the review.

sales was aggressive and pushy and kept jumping through people but made promises of full refund guarantee.

Their groups are siloed and information doesn't flow so you have to tell them all twice

assigned point of contact was 10 min late to the meeting, hadn't read any onboarding information or anything so the meeting was a waste of time.

their script writers were ChatGPT and terrible. the designers were terrible.

responses have been non existent since asking for a refund and cancelling the project

A well organized production team, responsive to my change requests and a very nice deliverable!

Henry was very easy to work with and accomodating ot the changes I requested during the process.

The Price & Quality Is extremely good and I’m happy with the product however I feel as though the process needs to include more regular updates at times I felt very nervous during the process asking myself if I got scammed or taken advantage of due to the amount of time it took to deliver plus limited updates however they always got back to me in a professional timely manner but if I’m being honest I feel like the communication and updates need to be more frequent to assure the customer project is being worked on treated seriously.

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the team at Pixel Studios Inc. for the outstanding work they delivered on my animation. From the very beginning, they showed attentive listening, carefully considering each of my explanations and feedback, even when the details required multiple adjustments. Their patience and commitment to achieving perfection are truly commendable.

A special thanks to Henry, who demonstrated a constant dedication to ensuring my satisfaction and attention to detail that made all the difference. His professionalism and dedication were instrumental in achieving the final result, with which I am thoroughly pleased.

Thank you and congratulations to the entire team at Pixel Studios Inc. for their impeccable work!

Working with Sarah & the Pixel Studios team was fantastic! They created high quality content and delivered it fast. Would definitely recommend!

Sarah was essential part of the success for competition of the video for my son's Walima (reception) and how this story was told. This was not an easy project as it was very personal and with few dozen back and forth communication with Sarah she was able to have her team deliver on time. Thank you Sarah and team we are very excited to show this “movie” to our 500+ guests on a 11x7 LED Walls.

Andy and the team at Pixel Studios did a fantastic job helping my company realize our vision and create a stellar video for our brand. We couldn’t be happier with the time and effort they put in to ensure we were happy with the finished product. We will definitely use Pixel Studios again for any upcoming projects.

Pixel Studios Inc came up with innovative social media assets that surprised me. Always pleasant to discuss new ideas, too. Highly recommend them!

I came to this company with an idea based around my grandpas life. It was a very tender time for everyone in my family but thought that coming to this company to help create a video about my grandpa would help my family in some way. They surpassed my expectations and my whole family loved it. One particular employee was very great named Andy with communication, calling me about anything he can fix or any other ideas I have or wish to add. He treated me great with my needs and wants and I knew he really cares about what he presents and his work as a whole. Overall, was a great experience with this company.

I worked closely with Sarah Watson on an animated video for our company and appreciated her commitment as I shared our thoughts and suggestions. We had a few meetings throughout the process to ensure they were on track and delivering what we had requested.
