Your claims are incorrect. We do not use AI-generated positive reviews. In fact, 98% of our reviews come from verified orders, while a small portion, like your review, come organically (via a Google search) and are not tied to any specific order. We won't speculate about competition being behind this review, as true competitors wouldn’t resort to such low practices. Instead, we will assume you are a genuine customer.
If our service didn’t meet your expectations, we want to remind you that we offer unlimited revisions within the initial materials & requirements you provided. If you request revisions outside the initial agreement/order, a fee will be charged. We're hired per order, not per hour. You have unlimited revisions available within the provided materials, and simply reaching out to us through the Track My Order page would have allowed us to understand what changes you wanted. Unfortunately, we’re not mind-readers, and based on your initial order requirements and the quality of the photos provided, we did the best we could.
It’s possible that your expectations were a bit too high given the limitations of the photos you submitted. We strive to deliver what is realistically achievable, not necessarily what one might imagine, given the constraints of the materials.

I had a vision in my head and they made it happen in a photo. Submitting my order was easy, the proof was ready the next day, and I had no revisions because they nailed it the first time. I had ordered 5 8x10s and received them within a week or two of my approval of the proof. I was extremely happy that the pictures looked amazing.
