Got a couple of keys that worked in the past, but recently got me nothing but trouble trying to checkout. With numerous debit cards (all perfectly working in other sites and merchants, and with sufficient funds) I got the same error about the payment being declined and insufficient funds. I think their payment processor is not compliant with EU rules on 2-step transaction safety or something, considering how I never got a popup window asking for secondary verification, and seeing how they have no alternative payment method such as paypal, I'm afraid I'm going to have to rate negatively.

Habe mir einen Soielzeitcode gekauft und anfangs etwas technische Probleme. Habe dem Support geschrieben, dieser hat mir zeitnah geantwortet und meinen Account repariert. Der Code den ich bekommen habe wurde bereits benutzt, habe daraufhin wieder dem Support geschrieben und dadurch, dass keiner mehr auf Lager war hat es einige Tage gedauert bis ich einen Ersatz bekommen habe, sie haben mir aber zügig und gut geholfen. Also Top Support, wenn es mal Probleme gibt!

I ordered a Windows 10 Pro license key and got the order immediately on my email. However, when i enter the key on my desktop, it stated that it was a non-valid key! What a shame! For a site that has received good reviews non the less, always listen to the poor reviews as well! This is not okay and fairly certain the site is a scam if it can not even provide a valid key to begin with!

Please don't always go and read only the good reviews but always pay attention to some of the poor reviews!

Estava na dúvida mas no final correu bem, comprei a licença do windows 10 pro e em 2 minutos vem ao email.

I ordered an Office 21 license code about a month ago, and they never sent the code, nor confirmed the order, I tried reaching their support multiple times via email and I got no reply. Save your time and money and avoid them.

I bought a Windows key and I never even got an email. I have sent 2 emails but they haven't gotten back to me. They have charged me for the key and I'm starting to think I got scammed. Luckily I only bought 1 key to test them before I bought the amount of keys I actually needed.
Edit: as of January 4th I still haven't gotten anything from them. At this point I'm confident in saying that I was scammed.

Edit nr2: I can't figure out how to reply to their reply. But I have sent numerous emails and they still will not reply. So I think that their answer is some way of still attracting new customers thinking that they are legit business, but I haven't heard anything back from them.

Edit nr3: I have gotten a refund and according to Pixelcodes i never got the email because my ISP was blocking the communication. So I guess it wasn't really their fault. I do however think that there should be a mention of that on the website because i don't think that this was the first time this happened for Pixelcodes.

Ho comprato una key retail per Windows 10 Pro.
Prezzi bassissimi e key ricevuta subito dopo il pagamento, attivazione del sistema operativo andata a buon fine. Tutto perfetto.
Sicuramente se ne avrò bisogno acquisterò ancora da loro. :)

I bought a Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2021 Retail - Phone Activation. The instructions and codes has been sent immediately after the payment.
You have to log out from Office application before starting the process and everything will be ok.

It's a scam, I bought 45 keys and they say the money never arrived, how are they going to steal so much money?

My experience has been great every time I bought Windows 10 and 11 keys, as well as Office product keys. I haven't encountered any issues at all. I would definitely recommend this site to others.
