Delivery was accurate and prints looked great. The proofing system was slow and crashed multiple times. I wasn't able to order invoice with my VAT number since I wanted delivery to my hotel in Germany (I'm not German) and was thus forced to pay German taxes. Previously I was able to get the order under my Finnish VAT number, but now it couldn't be changed. I'm still waiting for response to e-mail where I was asking for the invoice.

Joke of a service
I paid A HUGE amoubt of money for a shitty print that was supposedly reviewed. I could do the same with my home printer. This was a huge waste of money

Everything was absolutely smooth and fantastic. The support team was very understanding and helped me to solve my problem. I am really happy with every aspect of my order: the quality of the product; the willingness and understanding of the staff; the speed of delivery. This order was very urgent and the team understood the urgensy and stress that I had. Everything in this experience was beyond any possible expectation. I really like that they offer a lot of information about their products, specially when taking about printing media sometimes it can be difficult to choose the right paper, so to have some examples helped me a lot.
Just with one of the products I ordered (a magazine), I think that an ink was running low because you can see it's not "bright" enough, and some pages came with little smudges from the ink roll but it's not that bad.
