Hi Marie, thank you so much for the 5-star review! We are thrilled to hear that your hardcover books turned out perfect. Reading your feedback made our day, and we can’t wait to help you bring your next project to life. See you again soon at Pixartprinting!
I've ordered a few books as single copies on several occasions, and the quality was excellent. This time, I ordered a slightly larger quantity (5), and some of them have damaged corners. The quality is still excellent, but the packaging should be a little more careful to prevent the books from getting damaged during shipping.

Hi, thank you so much for your continued trust in us over several projects. We are delighted that you consistently find our quality excellent, but we are truly sorry that your latest order of hardcover books arrived with damaged corners. We take your feedback about our packaging very seriously as we always look for ways to improve our transit protection. We’re glad that a member of our team has already reached out to you to offer a resolution, and we look forward to making this right for you!
