I’m sharing this to help others avoid the nightmare I went through.

In my personal experience, PixarLogos is a complete scam operation. I dealt with two different “Pixar Logos” websites that appear to be connected, and neither one delivered what was promised.

They took my money, stopped communicating, and left multiple projects unfinished. The contact information on their site — phone numbers, addresses, locations — didn’t match up at all. That alone should be a huge red flag for anyone considering working with them.

They made promise after promise, but nothing ever got completed. No follow-through, no accountability, and no honesty. Just excuses, delays, and then silence.

My advice: Stay far away.
Do NOT use Pixar Logos for anything. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial loss.

I had a very positive experience with Pixar Logos. From my first contact with Richard Dawson in the help Chat room, to the logo design with Sam Peterson, to Mike in the copyright legal department. They were all accommodating, professional, and listened and understood what I was looking for when designing a logo for my small farm business. Sam surprised me with a mock up of a potential website for future use if I feel my business needs one. It was an additional upsell that I don’t need at the moment but it was nice to see what other offerings they have. Pixar Logos was running a special that was very affordable for a small business like mine.
